Working out and sitting most of the days due to work has caused alot of t nation on my lower back, shoulders and neck. The lady made sure to target those points. She is really strong the pressure was at some point a bit painful but she does asked if you are okay or if you would like for her to adjust the pressure. The she proceeded to do a whole body massage I to wrap it up. No oils, no lotion, nothing special used BUT if you ask that might be extra?! Not sure. Overall, it wasn't the BEst but it wasn't the worse either. It gets the work done, but I will definitely be coming back. Prices are decent as well!
