I wanted to try this place because it is pretty close to the freeway and I have heard mixed reviews. First, when I walked in there was a guy that was yelling from his seat to ask people what they needed. I don't believe he's intending to be rude, but he kind of comes off rude. They yelled for someone to come help me and no one came out so then they had someone else help me. The place doesn't come off as super clean, but it's not dirty. I decided to get a pedicure. I saw previous reviews about the cleaning tools not being sterilized and I can't be sure but it doesn't seem like it. Unless I was possibly the first customer for the nail tech that day. Tina did my pedicure and she was really good at the massage on my legs. She was also very nice and I will possibly return for her. There was a guy in there that does nails, but he just comes off very arrogant. He kind of throws the vibe off. I do think my pedicure was fine. I choose the pedicure that included hot towels and a few other treatments so it was $40. read more

I am at this location (Fashion Nails & Spa) for the first time for a mani pedi, what a disappointment for both . I go back the next day to tell them that my nails look awful after only one day. The daughter of the owner who did my nails tells me to come back at 4pm . I am here at the salon and the place is closed. So tacky for a business to do this. I will be back to get my nails redone. Ps, they go on to tell me that regular polish doesn't stay on and that it is common sense to know this..... so why charge me $20 to do my nails, all I can say that this location is a rip off. read more

Although I arrived early for my 9:45 waxing appointment at 9:33 I was seen within five minutes. Upon entering the shop, I immediately noticed COVID-19 related signage as well as a container of hand sanitizer for clients to use before or after their shop visit. I was greeted by a man who was wearing a mask while working on a client. The man paused from working on his client and said "how can I help you?" I replied that I was there for a 9:45 waxing appointment and he instructed me to sign in, have a seat, and someone would be with me soon. Three minutes later, the man instructed me to follow a woman to the back for waxing. As I walked to the back waxing room, I noticed that all staff were wearing masks, clients were socially distanced, and each client station has a plastic partition to separate the staff and client during their visit. When I entered the waxing room, the woman instructed me to lay down. After I laid down, the woman quickly went to work. She began with my eyebrows and then waxed my neck and chin. She worked quickly and quietly. I liked how thorough she was in my waxing visit in that after waxing my face, she rubbed cooling liquid on my face, tweezed any remaining hairs and used scissors to trim any eyebrows that were out of place. Although I had a great visit to this shop, my main annoyance comes from the shop not having their prices listed. Considering that I visited their website before visiting in person and didn't see prices listed, I was hopeful that prices would be listed at the shop but I was wrong. I would strongly suggest that they make their prices known inside the shop and on their website so that current and future clients can make a well informed decision regarding whether or not to go to the shop to have services done. read more

Went in with my sister in law because we were around the area. The people there are so nice. However when I got my pedicure I asked for a basic but the guy put gel. The pedicure itself was good but when I actually looked at the nail polish close up it was so bad. I spent $32 for spa pedicure. And they added another $15 for gel. I regret going ! read more

STAY AWAY... I live close so i have been coming here often. It can be hit or miss... if any of the 'girls' do the work, it's decent, the men that do pedicures are HORRIBLE! They rush, they don't do a good job on the polish and today was the final straw. My husband went for a pedi and the guy literally CUT the bottom of his feet in 3 different places while removing his calluses. My husband told him to 'stop you're hurting my foot" and the guy just kept on going. Don't know if he doesn't speak English, was having a bad day or just wanted to be a jerk but my husband came home with 3, 2" cuts on the bottom of his feet - we immediately put neosporan on them but this is NOT RIGHT! I will NEVER go back which is really sad because the woman (I think the owner) is very good and the other 2 women I've had were good. Unprofessional and poor performance. My nails are misshapin and lumpy. I should not have to point out your lack of effort in doing my nails. You should already identify the areas you dont do well in. Nails should be shaven nicely so application can lied on nicely. Too much polish causes more lumps in the area. Greeting and providing great customer care is priority for a successful buisness no matter who ur client is. My cousin was spokin to as a child , they lack professional communication. This establishment likes getting paid rather than build a good reprutation in there buisness. They do not specialize in coffin nails as from my experience. The lady doing my pedicure was sweet. When I asked not to have my feet scrubbed with the collosal foot grater this young man jumped into the conversation and was VERY rude to me. Arguing with me back and forth about MY feet! I explained that I do not have callus on my feet and I didn't want that done on my feet because it causes peoples feet to peel. This fool tells me that as soon as I walk outside my feet will peel lol smh. I explained to him that my feet do not peel as they are very soft and I wanted to keep them that way. I had to give a 2 star because the guy that was doing my pedicure was really nice, but the other nail tech next to me was making fun of my legs for being hairy! I have terrible depression and pcos so my hairs grow really fast. I didn't feel comfortable after she made fun of me, but didn't want to make a scene. I will never go here again. They rushed through everything except leaving me in cold towels on my feet for about 20 minutes while starting on another customer. When we went they didn't do everything that the service offered, and when asked about it the younger man started to very defensive and raised his voice.
