There was tremendous turnover of the caregivers, as Star of My Heart pays its caregivers very very little (I was told by several of the caregivers that their pay was $100 per day for living in the home and working 12 hours per day with no benefits or tax withholding, a small fraction of what we paid to Star of My Heart). The final straw was the 5 pieces of missing jewelry, including two rings with gemstones and of great sentimental and financial value. I would suggest that you also look at the Maryland court records for the owner of this business (I wish I had before). He sent me visual and written instructions of the exercises I should do at home. His therapy included exercises, ultrasound, massage using graston technique. and heat therapy. This is the second time I've been to Brody. In the past I broke a pinky finger which was useless at the time and at the end of a month of therapy it felt much better and stronger. Today, I can't tell that I broke it. I'm 65 yrs old so things take longer to heal. I was so impressed that I came back. This time my thumb was triggering and my strength was very poor in that hand. Again after just a month, the pain and triggering was completely gone but more importantly to me the strength had come back in that hand.
