What more can I say about this business except that Lori is awesome, creative, flexible, prompt, professional, courteous, and incredibly gifted at making someone's vision come to life?!? Lori did the flowers for our daughter's wedding at Dillman's Bay Resort in Lac du Flambeau, and the flowers were just stupendous! She translated what we asked for into physical reality and then some! Lori and her assistant arrived promptly, set up quickly, and even dealt quickly and creatively with what could have been a colossal mishap for an outdoor wedding--a collapsing arch made of birch logs. Alas, the arch couldn't be salvaged (and didn't take anyone down with it), but thanks to Lori's quick thinking, creativity, and flexibility, the floral arrangement for the ill-fated arch was quickly attached to another structure, which worked just as well. Thank you, Lori, for providing the floral component of what was a very special day for our whole family! If you are on vacation in Vilas county, and your guy has made you truly miserable, ticked off, and generally volatile: send him here, pronto. Lori will mend the divide. She has some of the greatest flowers and they are fresh, fresh, fresh. It is a cute little shop off 51 that also has an abundance of gifts. Most are for the home, but there is also jewelry and cards. She knows her flowers and she stands by their quality. If you're not satisfied, go back to her and she'll make it right. I love flowers in the house: they are to be enjoyed. I would give her 5 stars: but despite the quality, the prices are steep for both gifts and flowers. Still, all in all, she and her associates are always pleasant to deal with. This florist did me a disservice. I ordered flowers for our 40th wedding anniversary with very specific directions and instructions as we were staying at a rental cabin in a resort with 7 cabins. I included my cell number if there were any problems. The flowers never arrived after 2 days. I went looking at other cabins after Lori's told me they were delivered and found them on a screen porch in a cabin that does not rent and was not occupied. I gave my wife the 2 day old wilted flowers. Lori what can I say, she did a truly amazing job on my daughters wedding. We had originally been working with a different florist in the area and received simply terrible service, I contacted Lori with only four weeks until my daughters wedding and Lori was absolutely the best to work with. She took the time to answer questions and gave excellent suggestions she saw my daughters vision and on her big day my daughter was beyond pleased.
