Lisa was great and her works was exactly what I expected. I took my child's christening gown to be embroidered and even though that font and thread color were not an exact match, she worked with me to find something very close. My only feedback would be to get some notification system to alert costumers about closed days or early closing. I live an hour away and drove to pick up the gown and found the place was closed. There schedule is to be open on Saturdays, so it never occurred to me that I needed to check if it was open first. If there was a notification systems, e.g. text message or email, I would have probably gotten an alert about this. Thankfully I was able to make other arrangement to get gown picked up and ready for the ceremony. Will definitely be back here next time I need something embroidered. Thanks Lisa. read more
