I had the recent experience of going to a Lorrie Walker group event reading at a restaurant in San Clemente. Her performance was so abysmal that I would have been embarrassed for her except for the fact that there was a group of way over 100 hopeful people in attendance who had been misled into tossing their money away for a ticket. Mind you, I have been to psychics who were extraordinary but my experience of Lorrie is that she is a total fraud! Here's how she operates. Lorrie: "I want to say that there's a mother in the audience who has died of cancer." Well, no kidding, with a group that big someone is going to have a mother who has died of cancer. When there was no response at first, she said, "Or it could have been a grandmother." About five people raised their hands. Then she makes a dramatic show of deep breathing and moans like it's just so hard connecting with the other side, with the powers she has. She says a few things and the none of the five relates. Finally, she says, " I want to say she drove a station wagon." It's all process of elimination. She got one man who had a mother who died of cancer who drove a station wagon. Then she calculated his age and what the age of his mother would be and said, " I want to say that I see her playing vinyl records." Well, everyone who lived in that time frame played vinyl records because that was all they had! Still, she didn't get a hit, because apparently the man's mother wasn't into playing records. the man said, "No.".
