If you're in the mood for proper Italian pizza and Craft Beers from the United States/Europe then…read moreyou should check this place out. I stumbled across this place by accident and was drawn in by the display of craft beers in the window. After talking to the owner for a bit I found out that he is from Rome, I had to give it a shot.
I order the Eggplant Parm to start and they threw in some free Garlic Bread. The Garlic Bread was okay, but the Parm was really nice. It was soft and light with oregano on top.
The pizza was the best part, aside from the beer. The crust was perfect, hard on the outside and soft in the middle. I had the parma, with ham, rocket, fresh tomatoes and oregano. I got to pair it with a Rogue Nation Brutal IPA which is just unheard of in Spain. They have a great selection of craft beers, lots of IPA's. I think the place is a hidden gem and I will be back again.
