El sabor no es nada del otro mundo, las porciones son muy pequeñas y los meseros son demasiado insistentes para dejarte toda clase de botanas que después te cobran a un precio alto. No lo recomiendo ni regresaría. read more

As soon as we walked in we were warmly greeted and sat at our table. We reviewed the menu, which was extensive and I had trouble deciding if I was going with the ribs or picañha so the waiter brought out both options on a platter for me to choose from - I ended up going with the ribs which was an excellent choice. We also order the flautas, pinto beans, queso fundido con chorizo and a couple of things. All absolutely delish. The salsas they brought out were also insane. The one with the sautéed onions and sauce? Man I wish I would've asked what it was called because it was damn good. We also ordered a bottle of wine - cab/syrah blend and it was exquisite. Easily a top ten wine. So good that it has inspired a trip to the wine region in Baja California! If I come back to Puebla, this is for sure my first stop. Absolutely incredible.

I love steak and Sonora Grill is one of the best steak places in CDMX. It's like their Ruth Chris,…read morebut lucky for us, the exchange rate gives us a great discount. When we went cocktails were buy on get one free, which put it at normal CDMX pricing. Cocktails are made well here. As for food, we got beef carpaccio, grilled octopus, truffle fries, rib eye cap and bone marrow tacos. More than enough food for 4 people. We actually had left overs and ate it 2 days later at the airport and it was still delicious!! The rib eye was cooked to perfection. Ask for salt service and they bring out a variety of salt to try on your steak, not that it needed it, just fun to try. The octopus was delicious too. So tender. The bone marrow tacos were good but very rich. But the end of our rich meal, we were t able to finish it. They finished it off with some fresh hot churros for us. Great experience! Trying to go to Sonora Prime anytime I get a chance, luckily it's in all major Mexican City.

We had bites and drinks before our main dish. The margaritas were popping. I had never had "lengua". It was so tender the broth in which it was served really hi the spot. Overall great service, good food. Their specialty is steaks and they don't disappoint. I didn't go with a steak this time, I am glad I decided to have the lengua. The gravy type sauce that goes with it is so full of flavor.

Discovered this place thanks to Yelp reviews, very good reviews by the way, and all are correct…read more This place was great. Service was amazing attentive since we arrived. Cozy home cooking but with great flavors. Had the Chilaquiles Doña Gloria and were tasty but my wife had the green cholaquiles and they were a bit better. I think the mix of the sour cream in the Chilaquiles Doña Gloria was a bit strong but both were good. The breakfast includes your choice of fresh fruit and choice of coffee, we chose the Cafe de Olla and it was very good, not too sweet or strong just right, and the coffee has free refills. I highly recommend the chilaquiles for breakfast. We will be back for lunch after our trip to the Pyramid to try the mole a must at this place I have heard. We came back for lunch, well because the place is really that good. Many choices to eat around the area especially since the Fiestas are happening. The lunch was amazing. Wife had the mole envuelto, enchiladas, the mole is like no other a must try if you are going to eat here. I had the tacos de Cochinita, very good especially with the habanero and onion. We also picked up a local dish Chiles en Nogada, WOW, this is a special dish with a tremendous flavor, sweet and savory a must have at this place. If you are here in Cholula this is a must location to eat breakfast or lunch. You will not be disappointed.
