We also order the flautas, pinto beans, queso fundido con chorizo and a couple of things. All absolutely delish. The salsas they brought out were also insane. The one with the sautéed onions and sauce? Man I wish I would've asked what it was called because it was damn good. We also ordered a bottle of wine - cab/syrah blend and it was exquisite. Easily a top ten wine. So good that it has inspired a trip to the wine region in Baja California! If I come back to Puebla, this is for sure my first stop. Absolutely incredible.
