My go-to is the beef medallions with five pepper sauce and the chicken madras curry is a close second. My parents also loved the garlic prawns and black wagyu pudding was to die for. One star deducted due to discomfort of cats bothering me whilst eating fish (more below). Meows ! - Paella (seafood) has fresh ingredients and doesn't come as cheap and cheery as this. I like how this isn't too large to allow you to eat other things. - Fish: they recommend the parrot fish and I really liked it. Very fresh and nice. It's fried. - Service: very courteous, no nonsense and fast. Love it and had no problems not being able to speak much Spanish. There are plenty of pictures on the menu cards for you to order things easily by pointing at what you think looks good. - Drinks: they serve the local beer (Tropical) and some other stuff. I washed my meal down with a large Tropical beer. - Surrounding: you are at the water so in the winter it can be chilly and summers will have a beautiful view. Be warned when eating you may have a cat or two or three walking past you time to time hoping you will accidentally drop your fish for a feast. One cat in particular likes to scratch my knee a few times, but this cat left my partner alone. It sorta hurt so I was uncomfortable eating when the fish arrived cos I didn't want this cat to keep bothering me. When the cat later tried to approach me again I just violently shrugged my leg, so if this happens to you maybe this will work. Hugo D and I were so taken by the delicious fish dishes we came back for a second dinner. Our first dinner started with a half Seafood Salad and amazing, fresh Grilled Razor Clams. The clams were so tasty and tender we ordered them at dinner #2. Our huge salt-baked fish for two came out with a flourish. The server expertly removed the salt crust and boned it for us. I did not have one bone on my plate! It was the best, freshest fish I've had in a long time. No bones to pick with this dish! Our second dinner was Grilled Turbot. This was a larger, less delicate white fish than our other dinner but was still good. It did not come boned as the fish slices were filet cut through the spine. We tried various glasses of wine, and by our second dinner just got a bottle of our favorite there, Lagar Ð Cevera Albariño 2022. Delicious with seafood! Service was excellent, formal but friendly, and the staff are definitely well-trained. The only downside to the ambiance the first night was a table of 12 with half being young children. A few were really unruly and annoyed many of the tables around us (some couples on dates, others with well-behaved kids). It didn't stop us from coming back because the food was so amazing.
