Mendoza and his crew came to my rescue ! They cut a tree that was about to fall on my storage building. Removed several stumps. Split my plants and replanted them. Put landscaping paper down and mulched my plant beds. Removed trash and mess that had accumulated. His price was very fair and reasonable. I forgot to take before pics. EXCELLENT work. They re-landscaped our front, back and side yards, added very attractive flagstone, poured a concrete pad for us, and did many other jobs including fixing a fence and removing a cemented-in basketball goal. They also re-did our back entryway stairs that were falling apart and replaced the crummy railroad ties with very nice stonework. One of the things we really liked is that they had very helpful suggestions and ideas for areas we weren't sure how to address, and the beautiful results speak for themselves. Worst ever. They installed landscape lighting about 11 months ago- it has not been working for about 3 weeks and they are non responsive to come and take a look. The last response I got was well it's summer and I will get by when I can. Terrible customer service. AVOID AVOID. read more

Very unreliable, unprofessional and untrustworthy. Never fixed the system correctly and then won't return to repair their poor workmanship. I have called for the last three weeks they finally told me they would show up and either were no shows or lied and said they were there and no one was home when arrangements were made and someone had been there all day waiting! The Filter was not installed correctly it leaks and sprays water straight up in the air constantly. Defeats the entire purpose of a water conserving drip system. They have wasted my time and energy over and over again with their lies. Incredibly frustrating and I don't appreciate being lied to. If you respect your sanity DO NOT ever use them. read more

We first were introduced to Los Primos when we were looking for someone to fix our irrigation system. The original firm couldn't fix it and another only made it worse. We saw Los Primos doing some landscaping on your block and hired them to correct our irrigation system. They not only fixed it they expanded it and corrected locations for optimal impact and reduced water usage. So we asked them to do landscaping and also maintaining our yard. They have done a wonderful job and made creative improvements we didn't even think about. The team led by Werner are highly professional and knowledgeable and incredibly customer oriented, dependable and friendly. It is pretty hard to find any service organization that you can say all these positive things about. Multiple neighbors asked for their name. We decided to upgrade our driveway from gravel to rock and stone pavement. We asked several companies that sold stone and each suggested Los Primos. I said they are our landscaper and that I didn't know they did driveways. We hired them and the result is way beyond our expectations and imagination. We not only got a top notch driveway we have a work of art accentuating our home and property. Everyone on the block has come to say what a great job they did. I hope my review conveys 1) outstanding quality or work and a great work ethic; 2) No excuses commitment to customer and dependability; 3) a wide range of things they can do for you beyond traditional lawn maintenance and landscaping; and 4) the ability to imagine and envision what is generally a straightforward project and translate it into something truly special. Werner and Hector did a great job in my backyard and are extremely personable. They extended the existing flagstone patio, put in a narrow stream (pondless waterfall), and put in additional drip hoses for the irrigation system. Werner was very communicative, friendly, and clear in all our business dealings and honored all aspects of the original estimate. His crew worked exceptionally fast in completing the job. The cost was very reasonable when done off season. Hector and their crew worked very diligently on the flagstone and took great care to match the flagstone with existing flagstone. Additionally he put in a drainage area under the canale that was done exceptionally well and then attractively designed within the flagstone area. The moss rock step he made is beautiful. I love it! As for the stream, Hector also took great care to carefully design and implement it, choosing a variety of different rocks to give it a natural look and used a thick lining of two layers to help prevent leaks. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with their work, both in execution and overall service. I was impressed that Hector came by several days later after installation to check the work to ensure the pump and stream were operating properly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company ! read more
