I can never correctly pronounce "tesoros" but their baked chicken, in its salty yet divine mercy, forgives me every time. A white-tablecloth place, Los Tesoros del Inca is the perfect amount of small and quaint yet full of personality. I did not take a picture, but I remember a mural on the wall that kept distracting me from the best french fries I've had since leaving the States. Real potatoes!
The lomo saltado was a little chewy, maybe because it was intimidated by the outside crunch and inside squish of the french fries, but it was seasoned to perfection. I will continue to return, if not specifically for the fries, for the ambience of the place as well. (And, to see that lovely mural.) read more
