Although there are a few Peruvian restaurants with the name Los Tesoros del Inca, this seems to not be from the same chain (although their food is just as good!).
I came here after doing some paperwork for my visa and I was really happy with the service and great food.
I ordered a traditional ceviche and was blown away by the perfect balance between the spice and deliciousness of the leche de tigre. The fish was "cooked" perfectly (although I did ask for a bit more lemon juice) and the fish was fresh with a mix of spice that only helped highlight the freshness.
Everything was simple but good. I also ordered a piso sour while I was waiting (being in the different government buildings dealing with the bureaucracy of paperwork left me a bit stressed). It was strong and tart (just how I like it) and definitely helped me to relax.
Overall the atmosphere is informal with kitschy Peruvian details and the service is quick. I definitely recommend coming here! read more
