They've also got a few salad options and a selection of sides including corn, guac, pico de gallo, rice, and patatas bravas.
Being a meat-eating gluten-lover, I went with tacos on my first visit. One beef, one chicken ($5/each). I really wasn't expecting much. The chicken again had a great flavour, but I found it a bit dry. The queso fresco grated fresh on top was a happy surprise.
Second time around warranted a meat bowl ($12) with achiote pork (good- but beef was better. I had to heap on the hot sauce), patatas bravas (cold and disappointing) and an ancient grain salad (good. For a salad).
Working close by I'll be here often. I still haven't tried the lamb or fish- or those quesadillas I see all around me. And are those Tostadas? read more
