No shampoo, just a choppy dry cut that was supposed to be no shorter than my waist. She had me stand, turned away from the mirror when she made the first chop and then ran to the garbage can by the back room to dump it. When I said it seemed too short, she told me that long hair is not flattering on my body type, told me I need to work out until I sweat. When I emailed her to tell her I was unhappy with how uneven, frizzy and not even close to how I wanted it was, she blamed me and "hormones." I guess if you're someone who will gossip about kissing married men in bars she will treat you well, otherwise you'll pay $150 for a dry, frizzy chop and be told you're fat by someone your same size.
