Tonight was the first time for me to eat pizza at Lost Pizza Co. I think you will either love their pizza or hate it. Neither I nor my husband liked it. Our 20 year old son ate there recently and loved it. We ordered a hamburger pizza. I will post 2 pictures and you can make up your own mind how visually appealing it is to you. As for the taste, the sauce is the main reason I believe it tasted like cheap frozen pizza. The decor had an industrial loft appearance and was very casual. They serve wine so I am assuming they serve beer too. There are many other items on the menu. We may go back and try something different. Good Luck read more

Absolutely love Lost Pizza Co. The service is always excellent and the food tastes great. I like the thick crust pizza and the fresh ingredients but even the thin crust is awesome. The sauce tastes homemade and the crust has that little char I want on a pizza. The lunch special is another bonus, with an individual size pizza, salad, and a drink for close to $7, that's hard to beat! Especially for the quality of food. Decor and atmosphere is a lot of fun as well. The store owner and his wife are great and someone always swings by the table to see how we liked it. read more

On a Wednesday night the joint was full. Kids, adults, grandmas and grandpas, all making quite a racket. We strolled casually up to the counter to place our order and get our number to put on the stand at the table of our choice. The plastic credit card was accepted without question, it worked again ha ha. Everything was hunky-dory. We served ourselves fountain drinks and sat down. After a not-too-long wait a salad came out, followed in a few minutes by a big plate of spaghetti and meatballs and bread served right to our table. Then after bit longer wait, a thin-crust medium Otis (meat lovers) arrived and we sampled from each other's order. Life was good! Several servers came by several times checking up on us, we presume it may have been that they found out about the credit card, but they cleverly disguised their intentions by acting helpful. A hungry man (or woman) could finish the servings, but for us this night we had plenty left over of each for lunch the next day. The portions were generous, and they should be, they don't have the cheapest prices in town but considering everything you get good value. The experience started out great, I absolutely LOVE the atmosphere of the restaurant. They had live music and the decorations were incredibly welcoming. The staff is friendly and the sweet tea- incredible! However, after my appetizer of cheese sticks, I did not care for the chicken Alfredo or the pizza; it all had a sort of funny herbal taste to it. As of this review, this location has only been open for a few weeks. The majority of the staff, while friendly, seems inexperienced. Here are some of the negatives that we ran into: I briefly left my table to refill my drink with 1 slice of pizza remaining. I came back to find the table had been cleared. However, they were quick to offer to make another pizza and were very apologetic. On another outing, they were out of grilled chicken (I really wanted the Lucille), so I ordered wings to go along with the rest of our meal and they were brought to our table with no ranch (or any type of dressing) and no fork - and the wings weren't that great. The good: The pizza is fantastic and the staff is very friendly. I figure once they get a few more months under their belt, they will be running a little smoother. read more

I finally decided to try Lost Pizza. Thought I would treat my family to something special. What a complete waste of time & an embarrassment . We have never disliked a pizza this much before. The salad was a total joke to, the itty bitty pieces of ham were a sad sight. I could have gotten a MUCH better pizza from Walmart & they used to be on the bottom of my list. I know this restaurant is known for pizza and the pizza is great. But try the tamales. They are delicious.

While the service was friendly and prompt, the pizza was....'meh.' Nothing really stood out flavor wise. There wasn't anything special or memorable about it. We ordered the spinach dip and the wings for an appetizer and both of those options were tasty. I especially enjoyed the spinach dip. For pizzas we ordered the 'Lucille' and then just a regular ole sausage pizza. I also ordered a grilled chicken salad. Each item came out piping hot, which I really appreciated; but again, it just didn't blow me away. A tiny thing of dressing came with my salad but no sauce came with the wings. When I asked for more I was told I would be charged. This is just one of those silly things that I just don't understand. Give people sauces for free.....it's like the least you could do. Folks will definitely remember things like having to pay for a tiny thing of dressing. I'm glad that we finally got to try this place however, I don't foresee us returning. read more

We stopped here on a road trip for lunch. The pizza was good, not great, but better than fast food for a stop on the road. I had the Kujo with thick crust, which is like a supreme pizza. The individual size was perfect for one person, and was a good price/value. The service was really great! They were so nice and helpful. read more

I love Lost Pizza. Their pit boss pizza is amazing and my favorite. The spinach dip is also a must for me and my husband, and the staff is really nice. The decor is really cool inside and we love visiting this pizza place. My favorite in Jonesboro! read more

The pizza is really good. The cinnamon stick... not so much. The time it took for everything to come out was a little slow the pizza was warm and the cinnamon sticks were pretty cold.. will probably come back and hope for a better experience read more

Tried this place for the first time. The pizza was so so. Not a lot of toppings and they didn't go out to the edge of the pizza. Gluten free crust had no flavor. I noticed what looked to be the owner had to be there to pour beers due to the under age staff. No manager on site. I won't be going there again. read more

I get the name now because it took 50 minutes to get our pizza...Lost pizza. I saw 2 other customers ask for a refund the same night because of the long wait. My son and his girlfriend got their sandwich and pasta very quickly and then had to wait for our pizza to get there. Apparently we picked a bad time to visit because an order printer was down, and the employees though abundantly well-staffed were are a loss as to how to communicate. The people who were there ahead of us lost patience and left hungry. We observed several dissatisfied customers. And wait staff management remained invisible. All could be forgiven if the food had been acceptable. .but sadly the ball continued to be dropped and staff continued to apologize and refund patron's money. We ordered spaghetti chicken pasta and barbecue pizza with great expectations. And believed the description on the menu. We had to approach the cashier twenty minutes later to see if it was possible to have the salad before the main entree arrived, only to be shoved a crappy probably recalled iceberg lettuce salad and a mess of pasta with what I believe was microwaved pimiento cheese and charbroiled chicken parts and pieces, inedible! We then awaited the arrival of the boss hog BBQ pizza..and awaited..and awaited. Not worth waiting for. Quite ordinary and the meat was microscopic and could have been roadkill for all we know. And would anyone believe we saw an employee enter the establishment through the front entrance carrying a plastic bag with about four jars of store bought pizza sauce? Oh no! read more
