I signed up for training sessions and Justin is fantastic, just the right balance of encouraging and normal. If I walked in and said push me to the limit, he would. If I say here are my physical limitations, he respects them. A+ for him. Now the bad: They have made it difficult to book training sessions directly through the trainer, and getting through to anyone who can help on the phone is impossible. They also did a lot of double-talking when I signed up for the package; I was clear that I go back and forth between my home here and in another city so I wanted to make sure I wouldn't be stuck paying for sessions I couldn't use. I was assured I could use the sessions at any time. Well technically that was true -- as long as I kept paying the very steep monthly training package fee. I had let them know I had suffered a back injury and could not do any exercise for a month as per my doctor, and they said no problem. Yeah no problem then they kept billing me. So now my choice is to continue paying $300 a month or lose 13 training sessions. I will use them up fast then stop the sessions which is too bad because I enjoy working with Justin. BE VERY CAREFUL WHAT YOU AGREE TO HERE.

All machines were taken and most of them already had someone in line. Not to mention some people go with their tripods shooting videos and taking up a lot of room. The reason I'm giving 1 star (and not zero) is because this location has a pool, jacuzzi and sauna but you can expect them all to be packed. Also, they have cancelled many classes and currently there's only one weeknight cycling class on Thursdays which is ridiculous for those who enjoy spinning. There are some weekend classes but they should offer at least one or two more during weeknights. This is a relatively new gym and they should have planned it better with more machines and a better layout. If you're planning on joining this gym for lifting weights or using their machines do a free trial before you join and just ignore the pushy salespeople.

The teachers here were very friendly and helpful and they were attentive enough to make sure I was doing the correct poses. The studio itself was a decent size, very clean and well maintenance. Another thing that was really great was the location! It's only less than 10 minutes walk from the nearby light rail station which was very convenient for me. Overall, my favorite class to take here is aerial yoga and I would come back just for that! It's so fun and rewarding and it encourages you to stretch daily! The teacher in my aerial yoga class was so helpful and assisted me a lot because I was one of the beginners in that class. I can't wait to come back here and maybe one day, master the aerial skill. :)

Austin, one of the teachers and co-owners of this wonderful spot, teaches yoga as a spiritual practice. His teachings before class will always make you think and deepen your connection with your practice. Ive taken at least one class with every single teacher and although they all have their unique styles, it's clear that they all teach yoga as a spiritual practice and not just a workout (which has been my experience at many other yoga studios). After my 2 weeks I just had to join. I do a month to month for $150 unlimited classes (you can also do a 6 month commitment for $135 a month). They offer classes at different times of the day on different days of the week so no matter your schedule you are bound to find a time slot that works for you. I do wish they offered more group meditation sessions but regardless you can find me here 3-5 times a week!

Unfortunately, this no longer feels like a true yoga studio. The schedule is increasingly dominated…read moreby Pilates and circuit training, which shifts the focus away from traditional yoga practice. Despite being branded as "Hot Yoga," the studio is often kept at a lukewarm temperature due to instructors frequently airing out the room. While it's important to accommodate those sensitive to heat, that's precisely the purpose of non-heated yoga studios. Those attending Hot Yoga expect -- and deserve -- a genuinely heated environment. Without echoing other negative reviews too much, it's unclear why instructors insist on keeping the lights fully on throughout the class. A more ambient lighting setting would enhance the atmosphere and support a more meditative, focused practice. The studio should either rebrand itself to reflect its current focus--such as 'Power Pilates'--or return to its original identity as a dedicated Hot Yoga studio. As it stand now, I would not recommend this studio as Hot or Yoga at all. Sorry!

Absolutely repugnant. The room reeks of sweat and not sure what. 3) They do NOT wipe the equipment after their fusion classes. (yes recently they started handing out sanitizing cloth so you can clean it yourself - but not always). I have witnessed it MANY times that the staff does not wipe the Fusion equipment. 4) They NEVER have cups for the water cooler. Past 5 visits - all 5 times - no cups. 5) The yoga blocks smell foul. POSITIVE = Great teachers (like Gabrielle, James super!)
