When I took the first break b/c of COVID and then returned, the front desk folks initiated putting a stop on my monthly club dues b/c I had accrued such a large balance and they wanted me to use some of it up before re-starting my dues. WHO DOES THAT? I really appreciated their customer service, from the front desk to all of the providers who welcome each and every guest. I somehow ended up with a diamond peel or something like that for almost double what I was expecting to pay and wasn't made aware my service had been changed until I got to the register. I think some where during the conversation about what I was there for the Esthetician changed the service on me in a subtle way so I didn't know I was essentially agreeing to a more expensive service without being made aware. This was very upsetting as again, I am on a budget and I felt tricked.
