Decent apartments for the price. Tenants seem to be friendly. We are always greeted kindly whenever we go to visit.

I've been living in this building for more than half a year now, so I've experienced both summer…read moreand winter conditions. The units are large. I have a "small" one bedroom and it's over 850 sq ft. There are other one bedrooms that are around 1200 or even more sq ft...along with 2 and 3 bedrooms as well. The area is very convenient. The Dixie Mall and No Frills are just a short walk away where you can catch Mississauga transit. The QEW/Gardiner/427 are very close, and you have the option of taking the Dixie or Long Branch GO trains or buses. You can also catch TTC at Long branch station which is about a 20 minute walk, or just a few short minutes by car. The building offers amazing amenities, and there are activities for everyone. The salt water pool is beautiful in the warm summer months. After going for a swim I honestly feel like I'm on vacation while I'm laying down and catching some sun. There's a tennis and badminton court, and three shuffle board courts. There are many tables with umbrellas and chairs around the property, along with two large BBQs and a gazebo. The 6 acres are beautifully landscaped and are always great to photograph for the enthusiast. Inside the building, there's a full sized snooker/billiard table, darts, ping pong, puzzle room, massive workshop (band saw, table saw, sanders, lathe, drill press, and much more), community areas, and so much more. There are personal lockers for detergents in the laundry rooms (each building has its own), along with sitting areas with a TV and magazines, and it's just 50 cents per wash, and 25 cents per half hour for drying. There's a manual car wash which is operational during three of the four seasons for only $1 per 3 minutes. Water, heat, hydro and cable television are all included in the condo fees. There's 24 hour security at the gate house, and a concierge in the main lobby during business hours. The McMaster house can be rented out for private functions for a very reasonable price, and includes a full kitchen with all the dishes and cutlery you'll need. There are various paid things that you can do too, including the hair salon, yoga, and events with live music. There are often social events like wine and cheese which come at no extra cost. I can go on, but there's just far too much to say. The only down side to this building is that there are no dogs allowed, so if I ever want to get a dog I'll have to move :(.

If you are looking to buy or rent a unit in this building do yourself a favor and look elsewhere! I…read moream a unit owner here for years and I am writing this review even though exposing these thiefs might cause my unit to go down in value. They have been after me for years since the day I moved in here. They will come after unit owners for anything and they will send you threatening lawyer letters for stuff like a small noise complaint and expect you to pay their legal fees for hiring their lawyer or they threaten you with a lien against your hard earned mortgage if you refuse to pay their over inflated fees. They even made me pay their cleaning costs and blamed me for a party I never threw ($600 and change) They blamed me for some beer bottles left behind and throw up I was not responsible for but since I was the only young owner in the building I was blamed. They supposedly cleaned 6 floors in the building (my floor and 5 floors beneath) and billed me for it!! How does that make any sense? Shampoo 6 floors for some beer bottles and puke in the stairway I was not responsible for? Nevertheless I paid to get them off my back but little did I know that it will only get worse and they will take that as a sign of weakness and proceed to harass and extort me for money at any given chance. Nothing but extorters and scam artists. They also only hire Polish people if you look at the management to the superintendents they are all Polish. I have nothing against Polish people but obviously these people are racist and only like to hire their own. Even the contractors they hire are polish. As a person of color i have felt discriminated against on several occasions. They have wanted me out since day one. At the moment they are threading me with their lawyers and blaming me for running a business from my unit. I sold a few items on Kijiji and had people come to meet me at my unit and now they say I am running a business. So they send me a letter from their lawyer demanding $500 since they insist that selling a few items online equivalent to running a business. The $500 again of course is the "cost" they say for the letter they sent me from their lawyer (the same letter said I owe $500 to PCC96). Its so obvious that these people are crooks and try to squeeze money out of hard working unit owners like me that pay their salaries. I plan on getting a lawyer and I am going to sue. I also heard that they are running out of funds. Go figure.
