Natallia understands that everyone learns at their own pace and is extremely patient and supportive. What I as a senior citizen appreciate very much is that at the beginning of each session Natallia asks whether any body part is particularly painful that day and then adjusts the exercises to accommodate my limitations. Still, Natallia still challenges me in every lesson and I feel that I am getting stronger and more flexible every week. Natallia observes every movement carefully and provides specific feedback and corrections to improve my form and technique. I am so grateful that she is my instructor!

She pushes me to work like any normal person even though half my body is weak and spastic. She forces me to work on symmetry which is the opposite of my body's natural state. The studio is calming, beautiful and very clean. It is also very handicapped accessible for me. I have become stronger and more stable in the time I have worked with Natallia. She takes a very no nonsense approach and takes this seriously. Sessions are all business. I highly recommend Rightway Pilates to anyone especially if you are trying to recover from an injury.

Every class I've taken there has been a great workout- but also a lot of fun! Plus, the studio is always clean - very important! It was truly everything I was hoping for an expected. My instructor Bonnie was amazing. She lead us through all the poses with such ease and grace. She really made us feel welcomed. The studio is SO VERY CLEAN, nice, inviting. So many props and neat things to use along with your Pilates practice. Of course I immediately signed up and bought a Pilates package. They had so many nice options to choose from that fit into my budget. I took my very first class yesterday with Toni, a Push n Pull class on the Tower machines...and still.....EVERYTHING I expected. Toni is such a great instructor...she's very supportive and knowledgeable of the practice and I trust her. I can't say enough great things about the studio itself. It is so conveniently located to where I live too. The hours are great, morning, mid day and evening. I'll always be able to drop in for a class. I'm officially addicted to Pilates and so look forward to every class. I left there yesterday, feeling like a rock star.

Just beware before pre-purchasing any membership, that they have every limited spots and most days are "waitlist only". It's like this for at last a month out. I kept calling to inquire, and finally the studio manager got back to me, and I asked her if she can roll over the days I won't be able to get in since most of the days were waitlist. The only things she responded with were to gaslight me and say, "well look at it this way, even if you only take 2 classes in your pass, it already pays for itself since one class is $45". I was flabbergasted at her response, that I just laughed it off. No girl, I paid for unlimited classes 7 days, I expect to take at least 1 class for exactly 7 days, whether you have to roll-over the credits due to your over bookings. If you're having issues with not having enough carriages, or your clients overbook, then why advertise to new clients? It's a bait & switch marketing, and scummy. She did help me with delaying my membership start-date to my request. Also she kindly called me early morning the next day to alert me of a slot opening up. Which brings me to my next point, that she eased my concern of "waitlist" bookings, which can open up on the spot or half hour before, even mid-day classes. I'm not a retired person or just laying doing nothing where I can't attend an opening for their waitlist with little notice, or random times in the middle of the day. That comfort gave zero relief to me. I am still waiting to join my first class, and already another issue arises. My 7 day UNLIMITED pass isn't allowing me to book now without prompting me to pay $45. I tried calling, texting, emailing. Nothing. I'll update for any developments.

I could tell she has built a strong sense of community there. All of the regulars were also very welcoming and helped me with different exercises even though they didn't even work there. I ended up asking my friend if we could go back to do pilates there together a few more times before I had to return back to San Diego. I'm already looking forward to my next Morristown trip and going back to Pilates Body! I feel way stronger even after just 4 workouts. You can tell the owner and other instructors there take pride in their attention to detail to get you the most efficient results!

Offerings include group Mat, Barre, and Reformer Classes as well as Private Sessions on the full range of Pilates equipment (Reformer, Tower, Chair, and the Barrell system). We believe in finding beauty, confidence, and balance from the inside out. Not only is the Mermaid one of Amanda's favorite exercises, it is a symbol of self confidence, power, elegance, and being wild & free. Pilates, a method of exercises developed by Joseph Pilates, works to strengthen the deepest layers of the core to stabilize the spine. With this foundation, the entire body functions efficiently and becomes strong, while the mind is more at peace. The studio is bright, clean, and has a touch of that "near the sea" feeling. The intro class was about 30 -40 mins and took us through a basic mini work out. By no means did I feel like we were given a easy work out to make us feel a certain way but a true taste of what a real class is like. It's a low impact work out which engages your core throughout as well as every other muscle group, at least I felt like it did 2 days after. This morning I had my first official class. And I loved it! By no means am I an athlete or athletic, but at no point did I feel like it was unattainable for me to complete. Was it easy? No. I struggled at points my muscles were shaking at certain tasks. Everything worth doing is a challenge. Both instructors I encountered Gabriella for intro and Laura for my class today reformer 1. Both were kind and professional and very helpful for a newbie like me. I signed up for 3 months but wouldn't be surprised if I stay a lifetime! Price points. I will say before club pilates came to town I had researched other studios in the area and the reason I had never gone was the cost. Although club pilates is still more expensive then a monthly gym membership, I know plenty of people who pay monthly and never go, I have done it. I would rather pay for something I know I enjoy and will do. So there are membership tiers 4 classes a month, 8 a month, unlimited. Or you can pay per class. They are franchises and I'm not sure if prices vary per franchise. But for 4 x month I believe I'm paying 109. A single class was 29? I think. If I'm wrong correct me and I'll update it.
