Lotus Projects completed a whole home makeover for us and we couldn't be happier. We chose them based on reviews on-line and it turned out to be a great choice. Our project included installing new wood-look tile flooring throughout the home, and painting everything, from walls to ceilings, to baseboards and doors - literally everything. They also painted our kitchen cabinets and installed a new backsplash. They completely remodeled our master bath and upgraded our secondary bathrooms. All electrical outlets, switches and lights were replaced. Cindy was a delight to work with, and very responsive, happily accommodating changes and additions to scope as we went along. It seems like she never rests - texts were typically returned within minutes, at any time of day or evening. We contacted Cindy from out of state and she very quickly visited the house and provided a detailed estimate. A few days of going back and forth on options and pricing and then we agreed to go ahead. Work started almost immediately while we were still out of town and they stuck to a very tight timeline. We believe the work was carried out at a fair price and, most importantly, we feel Cindy is absolutely trustworthy. I can't say enough good things about Lotus Projects. We had our master bathroom remodeled and I was terrified of issues that would be found and the cost. We had a budget in mind, and Cindy and Jose were the only contractors we had come out to bid that worked with our budget. I expected it to be stressful, but Cindy communicated so well sending text with pictures and drawings for anything I didn't understand. At one point during the project we had an electrical issue in another room and Cindy got her electrician out there that day to fix it. Didn't have anything to do with their work and she just took care of an issue that would have required me to schedule an appointment and miss work. Also at the very last day of the project the shower door was installed and one of the tiles cracked ( Cindy had warned us that could happen because they are glass), I didn't even notice it but Jose did, and even though it was tiny, they extended the project time and came back to fix it. This meant more time and money for them but they care a lot about what they are doing and want things to be perfect. I would highly recommend Cindy and Jose for any remodeling. read more

Cindy and her crew and magicians! The amount of work needed for our little 40's bungalow was daunting. It needed a ceiling to floor new kitchen, a completely new front bathroom, new back siding, removal of rotten bay windows, restoration of 40s hardwood floors, oh and of course new wood here, electrical there, upgraded plumbing too. Through it all Cindy was honest, on top of it,accessible via email and text,and quick! Her crews were very polite and professional. Being a first time homeowner and taking on a 40s fixer upper i was terrified of dealing with the contractor. You hear about them doing what they want, never showing up, quoting outrageous prices, or dumping you in the middle of the reno and i can firmly say that was not the case at all with Cindy and Lotus Projects. We needed the house done March 2nd 2018 and guess what??? It was! Its beautiful, its modern, it still has that old school charm and i love pulling into my driveway. They remodeled our master bathroom a couple of years ago and we were so impressed with their work that we have another renovation done of our downstairs area this year. Again, we are so pleased with the results. Cindy & crew are highly professional; do excellent work and finish on time! There are ALWAYS a million details to be decided with any renovation but Cindy's expertise allows the client to fulfill their vision of the finished product without the headache of having to figure out how to get it done! We were fortunate enough to employ Lotus Projects the week following Hurricane Harvey. We had extensive water damage after the storm and needed 80 % of our home refurbished.While we were at it , we decided to enlarge two rooms into a suite and upgrade our master bath with a very new look. For five weeks EVERYDAY there were several people working on our home. New wood flooring throughout, drywall, newly painted rooms, electricians, plumbers, tile installers..........huge progress and wonderful quality daily. Never any excuses! Had a full kitchen renovation in a 1980 townhome. We are happy with all aspects of the work. Bid and contract price also came in lower than others we have quotes from. Clear and immediate communication before during and after the work (not to be taken for granted as this is not always the case with contractors). Cindy only employs competent friendly professionals from what we have seen. Cindy and her husband do not miss any outstanding work issues and they gave us a guarantee. The job was done much quicker than others had quoted us, also. This was done at the time of Covid too, but they lived up to their contract and finished everything. There were very few change orders. Cindy and the Lotus Projects team are fantastic! We recently had our kitchen backsplash and shower re-tiled by them and we could not be happier. Not only did the final product turn out great, but the entire process was the best experience we have ever had with a contractor and crew. Each night when we got home from work the only evidence the crew was in the house was the fast progress on the backsplash and shower. No dirt or dust, no tools laying around, and anything they did leave was neatly placed in an agreed upon location. Absolutely no inconvenience was placed on us during the entire process. We recently contracted Lotus to fix a shower that had a leak in the shower pan (Lotus not original installer). Lotus quoted competitively with no surprises/hidden costs and gave some recommendations and options that gave us a more functional shower and nicer looking shower at the end of the repair job. They did a good work, were realistic/accurate on the timeline, and responsive to resolve punch list items even when they emerged after the final payment.
