I live just down the street from the restaurant and I'm really into pho, so I've been here about a…read morehalf a dozen times. While the food is decent, the service is horrible and cashiers, dishonest.
They'll overcharge you if you don't speak Czech, as happened to me just today. Also, don't bother ordering anything described as vegetarian either. If you order vegetarian pho (as described on the menu) and complain when they give you beef pho, they'll brusquely take it back to the kitchen and return a few minutes later with the larger pieces of beef removed but lots of little floating bits remaining. That happened to my girlfriend on an earlier visit. I should have learned my lesson then: these people don't care about their customers.
There are better Vietnamese restaurants in the area that don't scam their customers (e.g., Fast Food Vietnamese at Karlinske Namesti and Remember Vietnam just off Na Porici), so I'm done with this establishment.
