It had this umami taste and it was one of the best tempura sauces that I have ever tasted. We love Kama and order it at every Japanese restaurant that we go to. Presentation was great and I liked they offered salmon and quail egg options as that hit the spot after having too much Italian during this trip... their dishes were good as pictured. I think my glass of Spumante (aka Prosecco/champagne) was only 3 or 4 euros - something incredibly dirt cheap which was nice. I wanted to try the fatty tuna but could not decide which combo to choose which meant i ended up NOT getting it. Though, undoubtedly, the fish is extremely fresh and the quality of the ingredients is way above the average standard offered in Milan, i find it a bit on the expensive and the tiny portion side. I also have to agree with my fellow dinner companions. Though the sushi was impeccable and fairly prompt in being delivered, those who opted for cooked dishes had to either wait quite a bit or solicit repeatedly.
