It was seriously freaky - and so helpful! I got a crown and sole massage because my back isn't usually my problem, and it was perfect! For my second appointment, she used a technique she learned recently to work on my TMJ and neck pain, and 12+ hours after, the lumps on my jawline are gone and I have full range of motion of my neck! Amazing! A few days ago I could barely eat pizza! In short, I highly recommended Janet for all your healing needs! Janet's space is a small suite in a quiet office complex. Request to all those ppl who are making tipping for others challenging, don't do it as the expectation goes up, not everybody can pay up. We only tip if the service was outstanding, not because somebody humiliate you to pay. I felt my shoulders were massaged fine, but rest of the body - NOPE, not even close. My legs, arms everything was tired and not massaged than just circular motions and pats to get the time done. Poor ambience, no aroma oils, you smell bleached sheets and air inflated pillow in your face. I did not feel relaxed at all. Same with my husband. We looked at each other and shook our heads of never coming back. Lady was very rude to get the tip. From the beginning, communication was difficult due to the language barrier, but I tried to make the best of it. The pressure was much too intense, and although I attempted to ask for lighter pressure, I did not feel that my concerns were understood. What made me most uncomfortable was repeated contact with intimate areas during the massage. At one point, the therapist's hand entered my butt crack. I initially assumed it was an accident, but it happened again, at which point I physically moved her hand away and said no. Later, while working on my legs and glutes, I continued to feel uncomfortable with how close the contact was to private areas. The final straw was when the sheet was pulled up in a way that exposed my entire backside. At that point, I ended the massage early and left extremely upset. I cannot say whether any of this was intentional, but I can say that I felt uncomfortable, my boundaries were not respected, and I did not feel safe continuing the session. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst massage experiences I have ever had.

If you are looking for a full day spa experience, you should probably look elsewhere. The body massages are more of a traditional massage, where you go into a private room and remove your shirt.
