We were instructed to go upstairs where we would meet our daughter's bridal consultant. Jen introduced herself and let me tell you there is nothing unforgettable about her. From her welcoming presence, to her huge smile, and especially the way she made our daughter feel very special. Jen led us to our seats which were so comfortable. It felt like we were going to experience this bridal dress shopping in the comfort of our own home. In front of us was this large room full of mirrors, a pedestal, and curtains held open by metal tiebacks. Jen took her daughter and started looking at dresses. Jen asked our daughter so many questions. She wanted to know our daughter personally, so she could select the correct gowns. Jen assisted our daughter getting her gown on and she'd open up those curtains and it was like this grand experience. The last gown our daughter tried on was the most beautiful and perfectly designed for her. It's like consultant Jen knew that this was the finale gown. We explained to Jen that we had another bridal appointment at one of the chain bridal store. Jen took our daughter's measurements for the finale gown our daughter loved. Our daughter did not receive her bridal moment at the chain store and the dresses she tried on did not compare to her finale gown at your shop. Our daughter called your shop back and asked if she could come back and try on that finale gown one more time. Jen was right there to welcome us. Jen had our daughter in the gown with the veil and she grandly opened up those curtains and there wasn't a dry eye in the place. Our daughter said, "I say yes to the dress". I bought jeans at this store a week or so ago. When I went in, the employees were super rude and…read morestuck up and didn't want to help me at all. Clothes were thrown all over the place, making it hard to shop. I then came in a few days later to return the jeans because I didn't like the way they fit. I was rejected at the counter because the tags were removed from the jeans, even though the jeans were never worn And tags were in the bag. What kind of a bullshit ass policy is that? The first thing people do is take tags off their clothing once they bring it home. Clearly the policy was designed this way in order to screw people out of being able to return their overpriced clothing. I've NEVER had this issue at any other store. I'm fact, I had another return that same day at Aeropostale, tags removed from shirt and in the bag, and I was able to return it with no issues. 0/10 for this store and their terrible service and policies. Will not ever shop here again. I HIGHLY HIGHLY suggest you stay away from here.

Who seemed to be the manager, interrupted next to her; proceeded to say that she was unable to give me a bag because the box could not be squeezed into a store bag. The young lady (oh so confused) then asked if she could at least try. The 'manager' held the bag up and said "it doesn't fit see! it's too big and this bag is too small. no we can not give her a bag." At any other time in the year; I would not have cared. However, the 'manager' should rethink her actions and responses. They were overly unacceptable and very unprofessional. Maybe she should acquire the skill of flexibility; after all, her profession is within customer service.
