Making the appointment was so easy, and once I arrived there I was greeted by Dr. Lonsk himself as he was short one assistant that day. I only had to fill out one short form and I was called in shortly afterwards. I didn't have to wait long which I appreciate as I have had less than pleasant experiences in other optometrist office waiting when I have an appointment scheduled. The assistant was very nice and performed tests, I was seen by Dr. Lonsk afterwards. One thing that stood out was that I at no point felt rushed. I ended up needing glasses ( even after lasik surgery) and he was incredible patient in helping me select the right pair and very forthcoming working with my insurance company to let me know which frames were included and which ones would be an additional minimal fee. I walked into Dr. Lonsk's office bummed that I might need glasses after having lasik done, not once but twice at Della Russo Laser Vision. But Dr.Lonsk's warmth and commitment to providing excellent service had me smiling from ear to ear by the end of the visit. I highly recommend Dr. Lonsk!

So, we had our first appointment with Dr. Alan Zastrow this week. Very happy with the service. I'm also impressed with the machines they use here. Both my daughter and I were seen back-to-back and we were done within 1 hour. Dr. Zastrow has a very good bedside manner. Easy to talk to, has a sense of humor, etc. Sadly, they no longer take my insurance so this visit was out of pocket, but it was affordable. And for a yearly visit it's not a big deal that I have to pay. I was also impressed that we got his business card which was laminated and on the back they put our info (prescription strength) and when our next appointment will be. Through yelp, I found this place and read some positive reviews of Dr. Lee. I made an appointment for myself and two kids and we all had our eyes examined by Dr. Lee. He's friendly and I never felt rushed through our appointments. He made sure to answer all questions and concerns. When our exam is done, we have the choice to get our prescriptions written and head out to another place to shop and shop here directly. Honestly, I knew I needed the Asians fit so I browsed around to see what they have on stocked. It didn't take too long for me to fit 'the one' pair of frame. It was light weight, cute and fits my face perfectly. The best part is the frames are reasonably priced compared to my other Asian fit frame I purchased in north jersey. 20% discounts are given to customers who doesn't have insurance for frames and yes, unfortunately that applies to us. I'm happy with my glasses and so is my son. For my daughter, there were no change in her eyesight exam which is great as she can still wear her existing pair. Their staff is friendly and really try to work with the patients/customers. I have seen them on providing costs effective and solutions if you have any financial concerns.
