Then you get a reply saying you have to set up a portal account first. And that a welcome packet may or may not come, and is probably in your JUNK folder. So you look and it's not anywhere to be found. You know how many folders there are in a gmail account? And why would it go to JUNK? Is the business reputable. Why aren't they taking patients in person or over the phone? Why the hassell? And by the way the link they give you to use is only good for 24 hours of course. So no pressure there if you are confused and have anxiety. Is it a scam? Maybe not. Sure seems shady. If i was at a 7 before with 10 being the worst, I'm now at an 8 just dealing with the run-around. Not even gonna try to jump through their hoops backwards. They should have better and more up to date customer service. I was told step 2 before step 1. And never got step 3. Lol. My goodness. Mental healthcare may be designed to keep us in need of it.
