I love this car wash! I feel that I really get a good clean for my money. I like to use the self scrub brush before I go in, so I always do that. I normally get the basic wash, which is $12. But, they put a plastic cover on your back windshield wiper and I feel my car is really getting washed when I go through here. The soap even smells good. I never wait in a long line either, which I love. I, of course, use the vacuums after. These are actually high powered and are always working no matter what station I go to. read more

I drove my car all the way down here from VA and it NEEDED a bath. It had good ratings so I figured I'd give it a try even though they were old. It didn't disappoint. There is a pre-wash station which I like so I could get some of the bug guts off my window and build-up off my rims. The was was quick but thorough. Afterwards I was able to self vacuum easily. The Burbank location is great! They have a scrub brush before entering you can use that got the bugs off with little effort. The car wash did a great job and it had been quite a while since the last wash. The vacuums were excellent and towels are available to wipe down the car. read more

They have been charging me $39.99 every month even though I have physically cancelled with them twice and am disputing the credit card charge every month. Alright so this is actually my first visit ever to a car wash! I usually wash my car like once or twice a year by hand and the last time I did it, a bunch of birds decided to poop on it like two weeks after. SO that leads me to looking for a car wash. I checked out this GC on Siegen due to its proximity to my home & its glowing reviews from others. I can say those reviews are spot on! There was a prewash station that allowed you to get rid of the smushed bugs & dried bird poop so that was helpful since it had been dried on for a few days. Then you pay at the machines with cash or card (you can even get the membership). I tried the mid level $12 wash and I was thoroughly impressed with how well it cleaned my car & made it shiny! The car wash attendant was helpful in guiding me in what to do & wrapping the back windshield wiper. After the wash, you can go to the vacuums which are included in the price. They have a strong suction so it was able to pick up all the dirt from the little nooks in my car. All in all I would totally come back. I felt like I got the value for my money and I am actually thinking of getting that membership package now. read more

Not so squeaky clean. So I decided to was my car while visiting a friend in the Baton Rouge area. I found this car wash using my Yelp app. The facility was large and well maintained. I used the pre-wash bug remover scrub station which contains large bins of water which include a washing agent a scrub brush and sponge. I selected the top car wash package plus the towel service which cost me over $23 dollars only to exit the carwash and my car not be clean. I proceed to the vacuum area and proceed with cleaning the inside of the vehicle and notified the attendant of my issue. I was allowed to do a second wash free of charge. However, upon exiting the car wash a second time with the same top wash purchase my car was still dirty and had some small scratches. I was not a happy camper. At this point, I decided this would be my first and last time using this car wash. read more

This car wash is my go to for quite a few reasons why. I even live directly behind a car wash on Jefferson Highway and I still come to the Geaux Clean here on Siegan lane. 1) This car wash has spots where you can pull up and scrub your car, before you get the automatic wash. Each little station has at least 2 brushes for the cars and even hard sponges to scrub rims and whatnot. As many times as I've come to this location I've never seen the water very dirty at all. 2) They have multiple options for the wash that you want for your car. The cheapest wash being $6. This is the one I choose because I do my own detailing. That being said the cheap wash does exactly what I need it to do and my car is clean and dry. If not, I can get any little missed spots with no problem. 3) After you wash your car, you then have access to the vacuum's which are absolutely fantastic. They have plenty of suction and there are 2 different ones. A wide one for seats and a smaller one to get the nooks and crannies that you can't get with the big one. As previously mentioned, these vacuum's have plenty of suction power so if there is something small in your car that you value (loose bills, change, important receipts, etc) put it safely away or risk losing it if you aren't careful with the vacuum. 4) Last but most certainly not least they have the floor mat cleaner. This is one of my favorite things because it gets the floor mats super clean and if you need to run them through multiple times, feel free to do so. One thing about it though is that it DOES NOT take the rubber mats. Mine aren't rubber but that should at least be mentioned that it doesn't. In conclusion, I do recommend this place. I always tell people where I go because I think that this place deserves all the business it can handle!! read more

Your car wash does not clean the front bumper or the rear bumper properly. I've been a monthly subscriber at your location on Siegen, however, I am done paying monthly fee when you can't even wash my car properly. I asked the tenant how to get the bugs off my front bumper and clean my rear trunk lid properly. However, your car wash is not set up properly, furthermore, he directed me to use in the brushes that scratch the vehicle paint. Last time I listen to them I ended up using rubbing compound for a few hours to clean all the scratching from your brush. This brush is not made for paint, educate your workers properly. read more

I pass this place all the time, but today was my first time using it. From the road all you can see is "FREE VACUUMS" printed on their main sign as well as all over the covered vacuum area. This is why I went, I had just washed my car and wanted to vacuum it out and thought this was a good place. Nope. As soon as I pull in there is a sign that says "free vacuums after car wash" that cannot be seen from the road. Once I realized this, I wanted to leave, but it's a one way and they had the exit blocked off from the entrance to make sure no one used the vacuums for free unless they got a car wash. Essentially, I just got entrapped into a car wash because I physically couldn't leave the lot once I entered. Not my favorite. read more

Anyhoot, I just wanted to make sure that I give a most deserving review for one of the best car wash chains in Baton Rouge, Geaux Clean Carwash (on Seigen Lane to be specific)...........drumroll pleeze...............So here's my top 3 reasons I go everyday after I Uber/Lyft all night 7 days a week for all my professional cleaning duties. First off, there is something different about Siegen Location and how it gives my car one of the best shines of all the Geaux Clean carwash locations. A little extra ceramics I believe. Second, The vacuums really do suck! God's Bless America, I've even almost lost a finger they have so much sucking pressure. Real talk, the vacuums are the best and a shaded side to vacuum is almost always available. I love carwashes, especially self-serve, drive-thru. This just opened on Siegen Lane and it was perfect for me to stop at, get my car washed and vacuum the interior. The carwash was simple - you drive up, select your wash, pay & drive right on through. I chose the $9 was and I have to say it did a pretty thorough job on my car that was in desperate need of cleaning. Then, I pulled up into one of the free vacuum spots to do a quick run through of my vehicles interior. Those vacuums did the job perfectly - the suction on the nozzles left my car practically dirt-less on the inside. I could hardly believe how excited I was to vacuum my car and it was with perfect ease, too. Vacuuming... done, within 15 minutes. If I had more time, I would have cleaned my car a bit thoroughly; done my windows, etc. There was an attendant there, if you needed any help, too. So, overall, I was extremely happy with my experience and am looking forward to returning for my next car washing & cleaning. read more

After seeings the results of this car wash on my sister's car, I had to try it myself! To be honest, I was a little skeptical because I do have an older car so I wasn't going in with high expectations for my car to come out looking brand spanking new because I've never washed it in all the years I've driven it. Conveniently located on the less busy end of Siegen, it was super close to my house. I drove up and used parked my car and used the provided brushes and sponges to get rid of some dead bugs and other gunk on my car, then I drove up to the pay station. Very straight forward system, I got the $12 wash, which ended up being a good deal. The guy working the wash directed me and guided me through it. The only part I was nervous about was the fact that my antenna can't be retracted, so I was worried for its safety, but it made it out! Then, the included vacuum station afterwards was so helpful!!! These vacuums can suck!! I got to really detail some old crumbs, debris, and other random particles, which really improved the overall interior of my car! I'd definitely come back for another wash when my car needs it. read more

My first experience was not the best since I had just moved here and was looking for a new car wash place. I did not find anyone the first time to explain the one time towel exchange method so I was put off at first. Now that I know what to expect, this is by far the BEST place to get your car washed! It's a little pricey if you pay per wash which I did but it's still worth it for the end results. I like to keep my car clean so most likely I will be doing the monthly membership option going forward. My car could not be cleaner and the tire shine option in the machine is top notch. Well, after spending the morning spring cleaning and rearranging the house I decided why stop there? Who doesn't love getting out on a beautiful day and washing their car. It's definitely time to wash this road trip dirt off. I was thoroughly impressed with this car wash. I usually frequent Benny's but this place is nice and new and their equipment is very up to date. Even the pre-wash bins had nice green colored wash and it wasn't all nasty and dirty. I did a quick pre-prep wash with the brushes to loosen the dirt and then did a quick 5 dollar quick-wash. I was pretty impressed with the effectiveness of the machinery. There was an adequate amount of soap that the huge sponges as you're going through the wash put out and even some pleasant scents. The only couple issues I had was the pressure from the washer/dryers bent my passenger mirror but I was able to fix it back into place. Also, the five dollar wash was pretty through but it did leave some bug residue on the front end of my car. But, for 5 bucks you get what you pay for. Also, we did have to drive around to a different vacuum station to get to one that worked. But once we did it worked like a charm. Also, note the attendants even spray bug remover on the car before you go through the actual wash. As far as vacuuming goes, they actually had good suction and power. I will return to this location and next time get the works. read more

The tire shine didn't get on my tires so I went to the two workers that was working there. Both of them were really nice and help me get tire shine on and showed me how to make sure I get tire shine for next time I come thru this wash. One of the workers actually got tireshine and put t on my tires himself to make sure i got.The vacuums are so powerful in like Benny's car wash.
