The artist's name is Justin, and he made me a tuna sub with sweet peppers, bacon, and various fixings, all fresh, that ranks among the finest sandwiches ever! And those who follow my Yelp reviews know that I frequent some of the finest delicatessens in the world, so I am in awe of the masterpiece that came out of this roadside gas station. Not only was the Sandwich amply stuffed, it was packaged well and Justin made sure that I had appropriate napkins and plates so I can eat it in the car efficiently. As crazy as it seems, I would come back to this establishment just to get another sandwich like this one whether I need gas or not. Their iced coffee was quite good as well. They run an efficient operation, but most importantly, there is someone behind that counter who cares about quality and takes pride in what he does.

My…read morefiance and I travel for work so while traveling headed to the closest travel center to park over night and while using the restroom to freshen up n change my clothes the cashier working came in the bathroom and stood next to my stall stood there then walked back out. About 6 to 7mins later while I'm mid change , standing there half dressed the woman knocks on my stall and says her co worker was worried about me. I replied no need for your co worker to be concerned, I'm just using the bathroom and changing my clothes.she said "WELL YOU TAKE AN EXCESSIVELY LONG TIME IN YHE BATHROOM" This is a travel center last I checked your allowed to change your clothes and use the public restroom and rest at the travel center ?? She then stated "NO ACTUALLY ITS NOT, ITS TO USE THE BATHROOM AND GO! she then leaves and YELLs to her coWORKER "SHE SAYS SHES CHANGING HER CLOTHES AND USING THE BATHROOM, THATS OK IM CHECKING BACK IN TEN MINUTES AND IF SHES STILL HERE ILL CALL THE COPS AND HAVE HER REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY!" IM filing a formal complaint this cashier was clearly judging me n must have thought I was doing something sinister or illegal but couldn't be farther off ... she was way out of line and treated a customer like a criminal and harassed me the whole time I was there and threatened me trying to intimidate me with the police. If I wasn't as tired as I was I would have challenged her to call the police and watch her look stupid trying to explain why she's harassing ppl using the travel center for what's it's designed for. There are no rules posted that it's not a travel center and there s time limit in restroom use n get out youre not allowed to change clothing or God forbid you have to #2 better not dillydally cashier bitch face is timing you. I always use my card so figured this was prepaying at the pump. Attempted to insert card when cashier came running out with attitude, yelling at me and pointing at the sign on the pump stating it says Pay Inside or Prepay. I attempted to state I am prepaying when she cut me off and said no you are not. I hopped into my vehicle and went to the Mirabito down the road for gas. Paying the extra few cents per gallon felt better than dealing with extremely rude and poor customer service.

I was sold an ancillary insurance policy for over 3k on my 63k investment, a Grand Design 5th wheel. Upon our1st trip, the lights would not turn off over my sons bed. We had to tape solo cups over them so he could sleep. I immediately called Wilkins and advised and was told to cut wires...then they came back and advised not to cut wires and told me how to cut power by dropping light and disconnecting. When I was sold insurance, I was told someone would come to my location. THAT DOES NOT HAPPEN. I canceled insurance and requested refund..after many,many calls I did get money back around 2 months later. Same trip I brushed against pole coming out of gas station and got an estimate to be fixed from Wilkins. They do repair work in winter months I was told. They did not include slide topper on initial claim and stated a supplement would be put in. Never happened. Calls do not get returned at all. After voicing my displeasure I was talked down to very rudely by service and the GM. The phone call ended with the GM saying " Go fix your own damn camper" and disconnected. I should have known better as my mother purchased a camper there as well. On a trip, my step father noticed the tire was losing air and brought to local shop. This was a brand new camper...the tire was leaking from a plug that was used to repair before being sold... unreal. Stay far away.
