To have to write this review is so disheartening after almost five or more years of being a patron of Lova. It is very sad to see how they cannot keep a good employee, the turnover rate is so high. I can no longer tell you who's my favorite budtender. Actually, that's a lie. Pam, Sam and a few others. However, lova lost their manager who was great by the way!! I called him "Flannel"he quit. I wonder why. Maybe it's because he noticed how racist the company that he decided to work for was. So now they have a stand-in from corporate by the name of Karen. Go figure. And boy does she hold up to the name!!!! Karen, not only did she not ban racist customers who called a black queen budtender the hard ER, She has the audacity to ban me for calling out her racism toward me. I will be contacting corporate on Monday along with the video of our interaction this evening where she's screaming for another representative to call the police. However, everyone that stood there inside of Lova Aurora knew that I wasn't wrong. And while I was going to say oh I'm never going there again. I think that just sitting here writing this review made me change my mind. I'm calling corporate. We've been going to Green Heart since they opened and we have never had a bad experience. The staff is so friendly and patient and kind never rushed and extremely helpful. The security guards are awesome always watch me walk to my car and keep an eye on cameras at all times. I feel safe and I feel that the staff is alert and aware of everything going on. I love that I used to only smoke pre-rolled joints mostly, because I didn't know much about anything else and also because I was a little hesitant on Edibles and drinks and stuff that I didn't know how it would make me feel. Everyone at green heart has taking the time figure out what's good for me and what I'm looking for and why it will help. They show me their most popular items but they don't push the most expensive product unless they believe it'll benefit me. The staff listens and makes sure I'm happy with my purchase and then when I go back, take the time to follow up to see if I'm still happy. Now I feel confident to go in and check out selections even if I check out something new though I don't feel rushed or like they're irritated with me. I have tried a lot of other dispensaries and Green Heart is my favorite hands down! Throughout my time living in colorado ive visited many a dispensary, i kept looking for a store that i could call my go to where ever i went i was given iffy product and bad customer service it was kind of like i was being sold on something i didnt want by people who didnt care until i stumbled across this gem. Green heart is full of kind hearted individuals who have the knowledge most bud tenders dont and the product/variety is insane potent and reasonable priced(you pay for what you get and what you get is worth every penny). I don't see how this place has gotten such bad reviews. I have been to so many dispensaries in here in lovely CO since legalization, and stopped looking when I found green heart. I see reviews on here about rude budtenders and bad product...but I've had the opposite experience a hundred times over. All of the staff have always been friendly to me and everyone I know. Heck, i have friends who drive down from Denver and Lone Tree just to take advantage of their awesome weekly special deals and every 5 visit penny joint deal. GREEN HEART is my go to place for Flower. Their prices are very competitive in some of their products and just a good deal in the others. They run specials between 8:00 a.m. and I believe 11:00 a.m.. They have expanded their edibles and concentrate products as well as doubled the size of their vape products. 1 cent joint every 5 visits! Besides all of that goodness I have to say That they have some of the best and very nice Staff and Bud tenders that I know of. VERY knowledgeable, nice and friendly. Safe and Secure building. They have an employee here who's name is Curtis. Because him and his girlfriend would fight non stop in my house with my ccildren I finally had them leave and when I did they tried to retaliate by getting my kids taken away and putting edibles in their food. When I called the store to inform them of what happened they said there was nothing they could do well here is what you can do fire him for putting children's lives at risk. I was looking for a new dispensary, and i just happened by. THIS PLACE IS GREAT!! Don't let the size fool you,they really have a BIG HEART! First, they take cards BUT THEY PAY THE SWIPE FEE!!! also you NEED NO EXIT BAG!!!! plus they are about 8 dollars cheaper than The Big Guy's. Art treated my elderly grandmother with the utmost respect and treated her like his own mom to find a solution that worked for her pain.
