Over the last few years I've become quite fond of the Strawberry Fields. Its vibe is pretty ghetto but its bud tenders are always pleasant, helpful and have really good senses of humor. Good employees go a really long way. The prices are fair, some times even a bargain depending what's on sale or what'a special of the day. The quality of the weed the same as every where although I love that you can usually find lower percentage THC varieties. They also carry Wyld edibles for $17. So there. I've worked as a trimmer in the cannabis industry and this crap was totally unacceptable! If you weigh it after I trim all the stems and leaves off myself, I should've paid for 3/4 oz! Thank you altitude for the fresh high-quality shake that being said let's compare this to Strawberry Fields my fiancé and I went in there she had purchased some low quality Reggie from Strawberry Fields that had mold, gave us headaches nausea and all around tasted absolutely disgusting thank you, thank you Paulie for not only forgetting to leave the weed in the container from our last purchase but having the audacity to even try and sell that kind of garbage to my wife and the only excuse that we got is its shake when clearly we can see that your competitors have better shake that doesn't have mold and is absolutely disgusting thank you so much altitude for everything that you do for us you are a truly amazing dispensary and thank you for letting us know that Unlike Strawberry Fields if we don't like a product we will be treated as value customers. I don't expect to buy weed that a homeless man sells off the street from a dispensary. Then quickly get dismissed by a young women I've never encountered with. We've been coming to this location in Yosemite frequently for about a yr now and everyone has been cool but the one manager on duty when I came back. Didn't consider I had to drive back to let her know this should not be sold to anyone, and was quickly turned away with a tone infront of other customers. Purchased a prepackaged oz of Blue Dream, which was on "special". Let me tell ya, there's nothing special about dry (smaller than) popcorn buds and shake. It grinds into a powder and has no potency. I'm guessing the harvest date was over 6 months ago but the label (not to Colorado code) had NO information. If they hadn't given me a first timer 10% discount I would have given them one star. read more

Excellent customer service and cheap for dense buds!!! I'm beyond surprised with the customer service I received today! I did an online order and the guy accidentally weighed out the wrong amount. So I called and said hey it looks like less I wonder if I'm able to come back and get the rest?? :) I wasn't mad at all I knew it was a simple mistake and everyone makes mistakes I was just confused by it :) but yeah the manager said he'd call me back to look over it and such. He called me back within 40 min to an hour which I was not expecting lol I thought it was going to be an hour and 30 min but he called quicker than I thought! He then told me just to describe to the budtender what happened and they will give me the rest of the bud plus a FREE 1/8th of my choice on the $50 oz shelf! I have never gotten a free 1/8th in my life!!!!! They really really care about customer service here for real! And treat weed as a medication which I love! Places like green solution treat weed as a retail item which I don't really think is professional cause what if you had questions/ recommendations for strains?? They'd prob say "uhhhh idk I just know sativa gives you energy I think?" On the other hand dispos like this one and green cross of cherry creek tells you all about the strains and is just top notch on the customer service! Ordered an ounce using Grnbus and they sent me shake instead. While they lowered the price of my order, I'm not sure how they thought that shake is the same product as what I ordered. They seemed to think there wasn't an issue as they didn't call to confirm nor did they tell the delivery driver. When I spoke with the Grnbus support representative they said "That was the only available Golden Goat they had at the time.". They mentioned to Grnbus they could offer 10% off but I already paid cash and I ordered the legal limit. So how would I get that discount at all? I ask the Grnbus representative to provide them with my information so they could do their jobs and clear up the issue they caused. I have yet to hear from them about it at all. Just bad business overall... Won't be ordering from them again and it's a shame they had to drag Grnbus through their mistake. All they needed to do was call me and apologize/make it right. Thank god there are so many better options in Denver that will actually attempt to take care of their customers. read more
