I ordered a birthday basket bouquet with a balloon to be delivered to my sisters job. I didn't realize at the time that I was ordering through FTD. Either way, while the delivery was made by 11 am (I requested an early delivery), the bouquet had more greenery than flowers and did not come with a balloon at all. I called the florist and spoke with a lady named Tiffany. She explained that I had ordered through FTD and that they "only got 43 dollars" and some change (I can't remember the exact amount) of the money I paid and that they included the flowers and colors indicated. She was very nice but didn't offer to make it right in anyway. I plan to contact FTD as well. I'm ashamed to say I never checked the reviews on this business before I ordered because I myself am an elite Yelp reviewer and value others reviews. Lesson learned! read more

They took the time to pick up the pot from Missions Pottery and deliver the plant all the way over to Wake Forest Baptist in Winston-Salem. They are a bit pricey also. $40 for a very small arrangement of flowers. The price must include the ribbon and the note card, that's the only way I can justify the price. read more

NYE was our 50th anniversary and my husband went to Love Blossoms to get flowers for me. The lady on the phone said "a truck was due and she felt sure they could meet the order. The order was 50 carnations, all large, red. The card was to say "Happy Anniversary Baby" " I Love You". The flowers were to be delivered to me. He made the order on Tuesday 12/28 for delivery 12/31. When he called that morning to check on them, the lady curtly told him the truck was just finally on its way, and she hoped. Well, here's what. The flowers were just left on the porch, not delivered. There were some red, with smaller pink and white and a tiny bit of babies breath, plenty of greenery. The card said. "Baby" then under that " "Love ya" This was a once in a lifetime event. The order went to a small business for a reason, to support the community. It would not have mattered when they were ordered, the carelessness of preparation and not doing anything he asked when he ordered was the problem. One thing, ok, two, maybe, but no. I would never recommend them, stick with Reggie's. Never change the sentiment, ever. "Love Ya"? Really? That angered me the most. If you cannot fill an order, offer an upgrade at no additional cost. You have a customer for life. It just so happens that red carnations are my favorites but I love roses too. This was celebrating 50 years of marriage. read more

This is the third consistent poor quality floral arrangement either purchased by us or sent to us from Love Blossoms. I think a solicitation to have them removed from telefloral service, 1800flowers and other services where the purchaser trusts them needs to be reviewed. We only ordered one time. The flowers we have received are 1. of very poor quality 2. poorly picked for an arrangement, they do not go together 3. artistically a problem. To me it feels like ordering take out for delivery and the food provider has taken food off of others plates, not eaten but they think it looks good or passable, and they use it to create your meal to save money. TRUSTS. The flowers throughout the arrangements are wilted, dead, and seem to be after thoughts from the floor or other out of date arrangements. The telltale signs are murky, milky water, dark gooey stems, and even some flowers used as fill ins that are not even in the water just trying to fool the eye, but it does not work. It is really insulting for them to bring this out to your home. Yes it is hot but ours came in the Mercedes Benz of one man, who handed them to my spouse. Not a hot van, but even that would not be ok for an excuse. plz do not use this business. read more

So what if I had my own selected flowers, I was willing to pay the delivery charges, but since you have to buy their flowers, well there's more than one situation as to why I needed to do this way. For my mother her day, that I couldnt deliver it myself. Love don't blossom here. But no problem cause there's more than one flower shop! read more

It is a small flower shop but they do incredibly beautiful work! They took my ideas and vision for our Daughter's wedding brought it to life! They created beautiful arrangements and decorated our church and the ballroom! I am sold on their service and creative creations! From across the country, we ordered a gorgeous bouquet called "Cotton Candy", and were excited for it to be delivered. The recipient sent us a picture and liked her flowers but they were NOT what we ordered. I understand the florist has the right to change something if they are out, but it should still reflect the original vision. The bouquet should have had " Pretty pink roses, spray roses and miniature carnations, white button spray chrysanthemums, lavender limonium and green pittosporum ". It was an extravagent and dusty rose feeling arrangement. Instead, she got 4 roses, a few white daisies and some fern as the greenery. Simple, country feeling.Not even CLOSE to the product I ordered (plus I don't like daisies). I called and was told that it is better to call ahead or come in first when choosing flowers. The florist needs to create with the available materials. However, I am across the country and have to go by the advertised pictures. Had they called and said we only have one flower from that and not the right greenery, I would have chosen another arrangement the recipient would like or chosen another florist. I was hoping they would at least offer me a partial refund, but instead, we just have to take the loss. read more

The arrangement I ordered and what I got were nothing alike, I am currently disputing the charges through my bank because when I call the flower shop the lady on the phone pretends not to hear me and on my 3rd try she simply hung up on me... My big red flag should have been that they use TELEFLORA pictures on line. Please stay away from this place! read more
