Absolutely WONDERFUL pet sitter!!! We grabbed her card while walking around BarktoberFest this year and I am so pleased that we did. Lisa came by a few days before we needed her, to meet with each other and the pets. She was SUPER sweet and my 2 cats, who are very timid, seemed to really love her...which says a lot about her demeanor with them. While we were gone, she came by to check on and love on them (and other fun stuff such as litter box scooping). While she was here, she would send me the sweetest pictures of my 2 little loves and updated me on how they were. Unfortunately, our garage door became an issue due to electrical reasons and Lisa was so kind to have her husband come over and "fix" the problem the best they could! I was so impressed that she took the time to do that, especially during a busy weekend such as Christmas. I will no doubt call her again in the future and hope that you will too! Lisa is OUTSTANDING!! She is so personable and immediately felt like family. We went on vacation for 8 days and not once did I ever worry that our babies weren't in good hands. Leaving your fur children is never easy and I'm usually stressing and feeling guilty when we are on vacation having fun and they're left at home. She went above and beyond, spending extra time with them AND taking them to the dog park many times throughout the week for no extra charge!! The picture updates we got proved just how much she was spoiling them (belly up/ slobbery grins and all) Hands down the most caring woman I've met in a VERY long time and she loved our furbabies like they were her own! My husband and I had to leave town suddenly due to a family tragedy, and Lisa promptly answered my last minute inquiry to watch our 3 wild dogs and spunky cat.... She was a life saver! She was accommodating, kind, thoughtful, and took AMAZING care of our fur babies! It was a hard time for us, and she took all the worry of leaving our pets at home off our hearts so we could be with family. We moved to Pensacola a few months ago and when planning our first trip away, I was anxious about finding someone to come to our home and take care of our cats. They just do much better staying at home. After doing a lot of research online and reading a ton of reviews, I decided to call Lisa with Love Bug. We arranged a meet and greet, and I immediately loved her as soon as she walked in the door. I had no worries or concerns while we were away - which is unusual for me. We have settled on Lisa and Love Bug after trying a plethora of pet sitters in the area. We are very particularly about who watches our two cats, and often it's hard to find a "cat-person" that can interact and care for a variety of animals outside of dogs. Lisa is just that person! She is on time, truly cares for the animals, and was able to make friends with one of our cats that makes most people work long and hard for such affections. Very professional, came to visit prior to the dates and had her questionnaire checklist; made notes on each of my cats and their preferences. Lisa went above and beyond what I expected from a pet sitter! My dogs range in age from 17 years old to 6 mos old - she really catered to their individual needs. We've had a very unpleasant experience in the past with a previous pet sitter so we have been apprehensive about pet sitters but Lisa did a fantastic job.
