There were so many dress options for me as someone who is ~5'7 - I had such a fun time looking through all the colours available. As soon as you walk in, you're able to explore the options and the service was amazing. I had flagged down Nicole and she was so incredibly helpful throughout the process, finding dresses that fit the style I was looking for and helping hunt down my size. I was so lucky to find one I loved and confirm it was available for the date I need! With the shipping and total price of the dress - it was such a deal, especially when I know I wouldn't wear it again after one event. Upon entering the place it looks beautiful with the aesthetic and the entrance. My sister rents dresses from here for her special occasions and the process is quite simple. You choose the date in which you want to hold the dress for and pick it up. They're completely transparent about any damages or stains on the dresses if someone who booked the dress previously have stained it or damaged it which is nice and good to know. They literally got it to be the day "before" the event. Why the quotes? Because they literally screwed up the date of the wedding and then tried to blame me. I wasn't really for going here anyways, but the bride & groom set up a group thing and everyone in the wedding party ended up coming here. I would've much preferred for all of us to buy new tuxes to match or just to wear my timeless tux I own. So after screwing up the date, they looked at me like a deer looking at headlights, like, "... what do we do now?" The supervisor/manager has no idea what he's doing either, so he's like, it's okay, "bring it back the day after the wedding and it's okay." The supervisor/manager said, "if you need alterations, you need to bring it back today (on a Friday) because the tailor isn't here tomorrow". So, after work on a Friday, I needed to quickly go back to work for a meeting. I was literally at the store at 4, went back at 530 and the supervisor/manager said, "the tailor is gone for the day". Now I'm here thinking, I was here an hour and a half ago, you could've said he's leaving in an hour, you close much later - you didn't mention ANY of this. He replies, "don't worry, the tailor is coming in tomorrow. Leave it with us." WHAT HAPPENED TO THE TAILOR NOT COMING IN TOMORROW?! Worse than a politician. I haven't had customer service this poor for a REALLY long time. NEGATIVE 1 STAR OUT OF 5 -1/5 Would NEVER recommend to a friend.

I am a young independent woman that don't need no worker hovering over me. Unfortunately the layout and the organization made it hard to shop without getting the pushy sales guy. I'm pretty sure he already freaking knew that we weren't going to get a 700$ suit, so he wasn't the most helpful. It was so hard to find a suit that we liked, let alone two for the BOGO. We did not purchase it, as everything was pricey and it just felt old in there. Word of advice from one retail worker, if something is BOGO free, that means they're STILL making profit off of that. These prices were quite inflated so that the sale seems good. I would not go to Moore's again. It's outdated and the prices are crazy.

Not a good experience. I wanted to cry, but I was so frustrated that I held it in…read more They also bribe people to give 5 star reviews so do not trust their star rating. I am a plus size bride, wearing 18/20 street size. I stated this on the forum when booking my appointment and when the employee asked upon entrance. Although sizing had been discussed, a lot of the dresses I was handed in the change room were sizes 10-14 and I was not able to try them on. Either they wouldn't fit over my hips, or my arms wouldn't fit in armhole with the strap, or my arm just wouldn't fit into the sleeve. Trying to squeeze into a dress that's half your size in a dark changing room without assistance is not a good start. At one point I told the employee that one of the dresses I wasn't able to pull up, and she seemed surprise "oh really? Is the zipper undone all the way", I said I would double check, but yes it was undone all the way. I just don't think the size 10 dress was ready for my size 20 hips. Another dress was sleeveless but had a high illusion neckline and I was excited to try on, however my upper arms were not fitting into the arm holes as it was a size 14 and my upper arms are larger. I told the employee this from the dark room behind the curtain and her response was simply "how about we move to the next one then". Which was sad because I thought this one would look so good if only in a better size. At this point I was starting to feel that same dreaded feeling I use to get when trying to buy name brand clothes in middle school. Hadn't felt that shame in a decade. I stuck my head out and asked if they had any plus size dresses, as these tags seemed to be 10-12 or 14 and I am usually about a 20. She pointed to the rack we got the 14 from and said that was the plus size rack. When I was able to get my body into a dress it was still a size 16, the neckline area never fit and it was nearly impossible to "use my imagination on". Since the detailing didn't line up and it was making indents. There was one dress I did like. However it was a zipper back and I was told the "zipper is slippery" so it couldn't be done up. I don't know much about how bridal shops use dress clips but she didn't use any and barely did anything. She held the open back together for about 30 seconds as I looked in the mirror then walked away. The dress had sparkly spaghetti straps that were very long so they dropped and curved a bit. My mom was trying to get a photo so I could look at it later but as the employee wasn't doing much to make the dresses look as they would if they fit I was trying to pull the straps at the back so it would appear tighter and then holding my arms down so the bodice wouldn't fly open. Ugh I honestly felt like crying when I was in the dark changing room, I felt lost. I was barely getting any assistance. She wasn't helping the dresses look as they would once fitted, I felt helpless. Not being able to fit into dresses and not having any dresses my size even when My size had obviously been discussed made my confidence drop and made me feel ugly and gross. Which is definitely not what a wedding gown shop should do.

During the shoot Neil was kind, patient, and gentle with my dog and captured her personality perfectly! He is friendly and professional and even though this was my first time having a professional photo session, I felt at ease and comfortable. I searched around alot to find the perfect photographer for my engagement photoshoot. I believe my…read morecriterias were pretty strict as I do a little bit of photography myself as a hobby. So I wanted a photographer that would be able to capture the emotions of my (now) fiancée and the vibe of the moment, but with an artistic touch. I am so happy I found Neil, as the pictures came out exceeding my expectations. Neil is a gifted photographer who is able to use all the elements in the environment to capture beautiful pictures. As we were shooting, I could see him racking up his brain to find the perfect angle and elements in the background for his ideas. He was directing us precisely on how to pose and managed to get us looking really good even though we have no posing experience. Also, I had this whole elaborate plan to surprise my fiancée for the proposal and Neil was very patient and engaged in collaborating with me. Thanks to his willingness to play along, the plan worked out perfectly. It is also interesting to note that during that day, Neil suggested a last minute change in the plan that ended becoming the best decision made. That shows his great creativity and ressourcefulness. All in all, Neil is a talented photographer with a charming personality. Thank you Neil for helping me create this magical moment for my fiancée and me!
