Not a good experience. I wanted to cry, but I was so frustrated that I held it in. They also bribe people to give 5 star reviews so do not trust their star rating. I am a plus size bride, wearing 18/20 street size. I stated this on the forum when booking my appointment and when the employee asked upon entrance. Although sizing had been discussed, a lot of the dresses I was handed in the change room were sizes 10-14 and I was not able to try them on. Either they wouldn't fit over my hips, or my arms wouldn't fit in armhole with the strap, or my arm just wouldn't fit into the sleeve. Trying to squeeze into a dress that's half your size in a dark changing room without assistance is not a good start. At one point I told the employee that one of the dresses I wasn't able to pull up, and she seemed surprise "oh really? Is the zipper undone all the way", I said I would double check, but yes it was undone all the way. I just don't think the size 10 dress was ready for my size 20 hips. Another dress was sleeveless but had a high illusion neckline and I was excited to try on, however my upper arms were not fitting into the arm holes as it was a size 14 and my upper arms are larger. I told the employee this from the dark room behind the curtain and her response was simply "how about we move to the next one then". Which was sad because I thought this one would look so good if only in a better size. At this point I was starting to feel that same dreaded feeling I use to get when trying to buy name brand clothes in middle school. Hadn't felt that shame in a decade. I stuck my head out and asked if they had any plus size dresses, as these tags seemed to be 10-12 or 14 and I am usually about a 20. She pointed to the rack we got the 14 from and said that was the plus size rack. When I was able to get my body into a dress it was still a size 16, the neckline area never fit and it was nearly impossible to "use my imagination on". Since the detailing didn't line up and it was making indents. There was one dress I did like. However it was a zipper back and I was told the "zipper is slippery" so it couldn't be done up. I don't know much about how bridal shops use dress clips but she didn't use any and barely did anything. She held the open back together for about 30 seconds as I looked in the mirror then walked away. The dress had sparkly spaghetti straps that were very long so they dropped and curved a bit. My mom was trying to get a photo so I could look at it later but as the employee wasn't doing much to make the dresses look as they would if they fit I was trying to pull the straps at the back so it would appear tighter and then holding my arms down so the bodice wouldn't fly open. Ugh I honestly felt like crying when I was in the dark changing room, I felt lost. I was barely getting any assistance. She wasn't helping the dresses look as they would once fitted, I felt helpless. Not being able to fit into dresses and not having any dresses my size even when My size had obviously been discussed made my confidence drop and made me feel ugly and gross. Which is definitely not what a wedding gown shop should do. read more

Although I didn't find a dress I liked and they didn't have too many options in the style I was looking for, I did enjoy how private each appointment was and the prices were very very reasonable. Melissa made my bridal dress experience an amazing one. She was professional and had a very positive energy about her. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by Melissa, and her smile just lit up the room. I mentioned to her I had a modest budget, and she was patient and knowledgeable about the designers and styles of dresses to show me. It was a very efficient process, and the dress I ended up with was one that she pulled for me - a dress I never thought would work for my body type. I fell in love with it right away and said yes to the dress! Some things to note are the store is very small, so appointments are mandatory if you are on a mission to try and find your wedding dress. The store is located on the ground level of a condo building, so parking is underground. Also, things to bear in mind - the dresses you may see online may not be available in store to try on, so it's a good idea to go in with an open mind. Price ranges from $1,000 - $3,000 from the dresses I've seen. Majority of the dresses are about $1,250. If you like an intimate experience with wedding dress shopping, I highly recommend Bravo Bridals, and ask for Melissa. She is experienced, knowledgeable about all the dresses, and she is also one of the seamstresses at the store. And her customer service is stellar. read more

They carry designers that I wasn't able to find at other locations and have great pricing and discounts. The team at Bravo Bridals was very flexible and accommodating, even though I was running 30 minutes late for my appointment, and knew exactly when to offer input and when to take a step back and let me make my own judgement. Went to visit Bravo Bridal yesterday and was very disappointed, the store assistants were helpful however the dresses in store are not the same as the lines advertised online! I had visited specifically to try on pronovias dresses and there was only one in the store. Would recommend ringing ahead to see if the styles you like are in stock. read more

The first and only place I needed to go to get my wedding dress! With 2 store associates helping me try on a number of dresses to find the perfect one, they were not only honest in their opinion, but patient when I was discussing my choices with my mom and maid of honour. We were the only clients in this small boutique store, so we had stellar customer service, instead of what I'd experienced at other larger stores. I was impressed with the styles they had and the prices they offered. 10/10! read more

I made an appointment at this store, based on some Pronovias dresses that I found on the store's website. I travelled an hour in a snowstorm to go the store, thinking they would have the dresses ADVERTISED ON THEIR OWN WEBSITE AND INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT in store. (that only makes sense - they must have what is advertised on their website and social media, right?? I mean, there was even a picture of the dress I wanted hanging in an instagram photo!). It turns out the store is a tiny, closet sized shop with barely any stock at all, and of course, they carried none of the five dresses I wanted to try on. NOT A SINGLE ONE. If you do find this store online, call first to ask if they have any of the dresses listed on their website IN STORE.... don't waste your time with this place, their staff are lovely but it's clearly a badly run business. read more

Amazing!!!! Elle is just the best eve, what a life saver!!! We went here right after going to David's Bridal and the selection was much more beautiful, more stylish and maybe we got lucky but they have newer gowns too! I knew I wanted my ideal dress was a mermaid/trumpet gown with some beautiful beading/lace. We let her know this along with our budget which Elle respected and we started pulling gowns off the rack. I tried on 2 mermaids and 2 simpler sheath gowns. "My" dress was #3!!! After putting on maybe 5-7 dresses at DB and coming here, the dress just felt right and fit me well.
