Had a first-time basic clean performed. It was overall a good clean. I did find some areas that weren't touched and still had a bit of dust, though it was pretty insignificant. I was happy that my clutter/knick-knacks were more or less put back where they were (I've had cleaners in the past who would move stuff out of the way and then put it all back kind of haphazardly). They were nice enough to bring in some heavy packages from my doorstep. I paid about $360 (not including taxes/tip), and my house is about 2,000 square feet (2 bedrooms, 2 baths). It was a steep price for not being what I would consider a deep clean. But as I said, they did do a good job overall. So I would likely use them again, as my budget allows. read more

Different people come and the last did a terrible job and the company wouldnt stand up and take the loss as I had to. Their STORY is a good one but I got no contact with the so called Owner after having a less than satisfactory service. 100% satifaction guarantee is a LIE! They offered $20 back and they didnt even do that! Charged me full pop and throughout discussions with Wendy or Brenda or whoever they just didnt care. Said they'd do better next time? My wife and I have used Love My Maids (LMM) ever since we moved to Grand Prairie, Texas in 2017. Throughout these many months we have had about four steady, wonderful cleaners from LMM work in our home. Chris, "Speedy Dee" and May were five star material. Dee moved on to a new opportunity, which is when we got May. Then, when we needed to adjust the schedule for cleaning our home, it did not work well with May's schedule. So, now we are on our next cleaner, Jennifer, who I am glad to report is also a five star cleaner! Jennifer is professional, courteous, prompt and asks us for details each time she arrives. For example, we asked her to keep my pillows on my side of the bed and my wife's pillows on Tara's side of the bed. After she was done getting the master bedroom straightened up, she came back around and asked us to look and see if it was the correct way. It was! Jennifer then took a picture of how we wanted our bed done and said that is how it will be done from now on. YAY! I really like it when details get done correctly, and it is clear that Jennifer is the type of cleaner that wants to get those kind of details right for the customer. Jennifer also introduced our home to her Shark steam mop. It leaves our tile floors very nice and clean without a residue that regular mops can leave behind. Before then, I didn't know we needed to be steam mopped! Jennifer has definitely spoiled us on that. Tara and I are picky about cleaners because we both work from home. The cleaners we have had with LMM have been so pleasant to work with and have all been very considerate of working around our little projects in our home offices. They have accommodated us by not vacuuming nearby while we are on the phone and by respecting when an office door is closed. When we are out of the home on a cleaning day, if they need details or they need to tell us something of interest, the cleaners have always communicated well via text. The girls that cleaned my home were very polite and as far as cleaning I think they did a great job especially Nicole. There was an issue with some damage to one of my bathroom sinks, however Wendy worked with the company's owner and myself to resolve. I've been using Love My Maids service for a couple years now and am as happy as could be. Some people will only like a business if they do everything perfect and as soon as something goes wrong, they will never forgive. For me, however, how a company handles a situation when something goes wrong is just as important as what happens regularly. Regularly, I get professional, friendly, on-time service and an excellent clean. Regularly, I get accommodated very well when I have to make schedule changes. Regularly, I get reminders of upcoming service and notice if for some reason the cleaners are running late. One time, we had an issue, with one cleaner. I don't want to go into the details because they really aren't important. What is important is when I notified Ginger of the problem, she literally handled the problem as well as any one could have possibly handled it. A lot of business owners might not have done so. But as a result I am absolutely convinced of Ginger's integrity and devotion to making things right. She's not someone to make excuses or point fingers. I have a lot of respect for her. As I said in a previous review, you could probably get someone cheaper. But Love My Maids is worth the money because it's a legitimate, "above board" business and the owner has integrity. read more

They did a great job for us for our move out clean. Maid was great. The house had an offer the next day. A couple of weaknesses: 1. Be careful with their bid tool at https://www.lovemymaids.com. The square footage you enter on this page will not carry over to the next page, and you'll need to change it to get the correct bid. Not sure why it's set up this way, but hope they fix it. 2. I received an email they were going to call me about my scheduled cleaning the next day, but they did not. It would have been helpful had they called the next day as I was very busy with my out of state move. I value follow through. When I called again to make the official appointment, Ginger told me that I actually couldn't use this coupon. I told her she said it was ok just the other day, but she said she made a mistake. I feel if you tell a customer one thing and especially after they have now decided to continue with your company, you should honor or offer the customer something for the mistake. Today was the second time I used Love My Maids, and Juana was spectacular! The first women who came were great, too! My house was a mess due to my being on dialysis, and Juana cheerfully cleaned until everything shines! I can't say enough good about her. I brought her lunch, but she wouldn't sit down and eat it, because she was working so hard to finish on time. What dedication! I had two previous people who had "cleaned" my house before her, and by the time she was finished, it was apparent that they had not cleaned much of anything. We used this business because of the great reviews they had. We needed a move out service cleaning. Our square footage and photos were sent prior to their arrival. Both ladies scheduled for us started late and about an hour in, I received a call they would not be able to finish but we could pay for additional time. I just asked for them to complete what they could. When we arrived at our house at 1:20, one of the ladies was leaving and the other was there. We were informed 2 of our rooms and a majority of the floors were not cleaned. I was frustrated because our cleaning was 350 and I was still going to have to clean half of our house. I asked for half of a refund because only half the house was completed. I was told they were scheduled for a 6 hour clean (and explained to that if you use 2 people it counts as 2 hours per hour, so an 8 hour clean is 2 people cleaning for 4 hours). Instead of offering any refund they offered to send someone else out to "try to finish the cleaning" but I was so frustrated and had wasted an hour of time waiting for them to finish what they were doing, we decided to just finish it ourselves instead of spending even more time waiting. At the end of it they have a 30 dollar charge back for the oven cleaning. I would not recommend unless you have alot of time to spend or the money to pay for additional hours. While I appreciated the communication, I did not appreciate the passive aggressive comments made and the lack of empathy that our expectations were not met. The cleaning the ladies did get done was done well, but I'm very disappointed in what was left to do. read more

Our daughter recently moved from an apartment in Arlington July 2015, and we needed a move out cleaning. Even though we waited until the last minute to arrange this cleaning, Ginger accommodated our tight schedule. Ginger was professional and helpful on the phone when she called back to set this up. She called back within a few hours of the request via email to her. Raven and Crystal were the team members to clean the apartment and they did an awesome job. When my husband and I first stepped into the kitchen after they wer done, the super shiny, sparkling stove caught our attention. The counters, fridge, stove, shelves dishwasher were all cleaned thoroughly as well. The wood floors downstairs was mopped and cleaned well and the carpet on stairs and up in the bedroom were vacuumed and cleaned well. The bathroom looked like a different place entirely from when my daughter lived there and it was super shiny and clean. Windowsills and blinds were dusted as well as ceiling fan blades. I truly think the entire apartment was cleaner than when our daughter moved in a year ago! I would highly recommend Love My Maids to anyone with ANY cleaning needs. We have tried multiple housecleaning services but Love My Maids has been awesome. They spend all day at the house and really get it clean. Other made services I've used coming in for under two hours and that's it. They really spend the day and get all the small things done. Charletta is our housekeeper and she is amazing! They do a decent job as far as cleaners go. However, the constant breakage just got to be too much. Even though each broken item was paid for, every couple of months something was broken. The payments cannot compensate for anything that was sentimental. The breakage was so bad/often that I had to stop them from dusting. What is the point of having a housecleaning service that can't dust? Today, after yet another call about something else being broken, I fired them on the spot. I can clean my house for years and never break anything but Love My Maids can't go a couple of months without something being broken. This was my first time to ever use a cleaning service, so I was a bit apprehensive, but my husband and I are both completely impressed. Ginger (owner) was very easy to schedule with, pricing is simple and very fair, and everything went smoothly. We are VERY picky about cleanliness (especially floors) and they did not disappoint. Even little touches like hospital corners on the bed, vacuuming the bath rugs so they were fluffy and clean, folding and hanging the towels like hotel towels, everything was PERFECT. Two women were here from 1:30 to 4:45 for my first biweekly cleaning, and we couldn't be happier.
