obviously, the working tonight, Friday the 20th at 9:50 PM did not want to make a sale. I went in there the night before on the 19th just before closing time and lady who explained the items when she asked if I wanted a I'm not sure I got one so I went in there tonight asking if they could pull one up the last sale of the night and my receipt. She didn't even seem interested in knowing why or calling the girl who worked last night to find out how to do it she simply just cut me off each time there was no way to get it done. All I receipt not a refund just receipt. She also told me a wand that was on I asked the she said the prices are on the box, but the price in the box did not match the sale price as lady told me last night so when I proceeded to tell her that she was just as rudely commented as she did before, the on the box so she could've made a but her attitude wanting to buy there. I really enjoyed myself as i browsed thru aisles, its really well organized. The staff - Keylee answered all my questions, & when i wasnt sure on what to get, Keylee had no problem showing me a few items. This is a comfortable & professional establishment, expecially for San Angelo, TX. Im sorry but ive seen others & didnt feel as comfortable as i did HERE!! Highly recommend for all your personal needs... oh and also has a lovely selection of smoke products & incense.. when you can go into a store & feel comfortable it really matters.. I visited the love shack while I was in town for the holidays. If you grew up in San Angelo, you know there are limited venues to purchase "tobacco" products, and an even smaller avenue for adult products. Although love shack has been a constant staple in San Angelo, it has never been a place I've felt comfortable to visit, until now. From what I remember to what I saw, is a night and day difference in customer service, environment, product selection, and overall aura of the place.
