Additionally, proposing over Thanksgiving weekend requires planning far in advance to be sure that all of your options for photographers are not out of town. I, stupidly, did not appreciate that fact until it was two days prior to my proposal and I frenetically decided to change photographers. After numerous strike outs, a deep dive on Yelp brought me to Gianna's page. She, fortunately, was one of the few well-reviewed photographers available for a last minute proposal shoot. Booking with her occurred breezily through email and Venmo, and Gianna remained in constant touch in the days leading up to the proposal. On the day of, Gianna was responsive, punctual, and professional. She kept in touch and remained flexible despite some unforeseen snafus in planning. Even after the big moment, Gianna worked patiently with us. She and her assistant wrangled my rowdy group with ease and spent plenty of time to ensure our special day was captured ideally. We did not have any extensive conversations regarding my vision but I realize now that he has the EYE and really did not need my input. His team arrived early and were professional busy camera men capturing all the moments. There was even a drone operator. There was hesitation on booking from Groupon but his portfolio is true to the quality of work he produces. Exceedingly grateful and will use him again in the future.

He ruined our wedding video! We'll never have that again! We…read moregot an extra person to record video- because clearly we wanted a full wedding video- They barely got any footage. On top of trying to give us a 5 min video clip of our whole 6 hour wedding( filled with specific dances and traditions), he then proceed to send an email explaining how he made it better sent me a link to the video- but the problem was-IT WASN'T EVEN OUR WEDDING!! Then, because I had to keep calling and emailing him about our wedding video that I still hadn't recieved A YEAR LATER, he throws together a crappy video filled with shots of the ceiling, the back of people's butts dancing and terrible sound quality. You think he offered a discount, or offered to fix it again, or at the very least- an apology. No! I'm so disappointed in the fact we had this photographer to ruin our only piece of memorabilia we had for our wedding. All we have now are memories of a good day that we cant see again.
