He even worked thru pouring rain because we needed the project done before the next day. His price for the project was very affordable and a hell of a bargain for the quality of work. I required some additional documents for my insurance and Brian instantly was willing to work with what I needed and answered any questions I had. I set up an appointment online through their website and got a few calls from them saying they had a question about my request. Called back several times but always got an answering machine. A couple of weeks after my request, got a call saying they were going to come this morning at 10. Never got any other confirmation or anything. Handy man called me Saturday morning and said his job was running late and that he would be about an hour late and would call 30 minutes before coming. I said that was fine and then waited and waited and never heard from him again. I called them again and got another answering machine and left a message. I also called the handyman's number and left him a voicemail. My appointment was originally at 10am and then pushed back to 11am and it is now 3:30pm and I haven't heard anything from them at all! I do not understand why they would set an appointment and then at least have the courtesy to at least notify me that they were not coming! Would not work with them again!!!
