When called florist, I was given no explanation for error other than they had been busy & that was prob reason for oversight. I do not accept that as acceptable reason. Although things can no longer be changed, the florist did accept accountability, asked if their was anything that could be done to compensate for error & acknowledged it was their oversight. I do commend them for taking accountability but not sure I'd rely on them in future

In the back of the house there's a small greenhouse where you'll find most of the plants that are for sale. There are many varieties that you will not see anywhere else. A little pricey but if you are a collector, this is the perfect place for you. Their plants are healthy and well taken care of. Besides consulting services, they also design planters, hanging baskets, party favors and table center pieces. They will even repot or transplant your plant when it has outgrown its pot. I came here because I ordered from the site and went in for pick up; I wasn't sure if it would be fruitful if I dropped in. But I highly recommend visiting as you can see the plants in person and she said it's about 50 cents cheaper per plant than buying online. The only thing I would say is that it was hard to recognize a lot of the plants, especially if you don't know the species. I'm pretty knowledgeable about this topic, and because many of the plants aren't sun stressed to their full potential, they end up looking like each other a lot and I definitely had to ask quite a few times which plant was what. Before coming, I definitely recommend perusing the site and seeing which plants you'd like and then asking her to help you locate them as she knows best! Highly recommended as she had quite a few rare species.

I am a patient person. I know that these are busy times for florists. I did not receive the order. I thought, Monday it would arrive. No order. I called on Monday at the end of the day. No one picked up so I left a message and an email. No one called me back. I called on Tuesday. I told the person I had not received the flowers. She remembered the call from my son and she mentioned difficulties with staff. OK. Well, no one called me. I AM CALLING YOU. No one said the order is late, or anything. I wanted a refund. They granted me a refund, but you know, if I was trying to keep my clients happy, I would have done a refund and sent a very small bouquet with a card saying that they screwed up and were truly sorry. Not blaming it on their employees. I am done with them.
