Very disappointed considering all the wonderful reviews & I am sure she probably is a good doctor. But so disappointed by my experience. There was confusion as to my appt time (first), got there at 3:30, turns out I missed the appt that was for 9:30, did not receive their previous day phone call (turned out they called my cell - not my primary number). Her front desk woman looked down at me like I was a child and insinuated I was lying. I apologized profusely (to the front desk, another doctor and Dr. Lovegren), even offered to pay for the appointment. Rescheduled, even called back to let the rude front desk girl that I missed her call on my cell phone. Now received letter that they cancelled my "new" appt. Did me a favor, with understanding like that - who needs a front desk or a doctor like that! read more
