It was our first time having to do the landscape from scratch and she was very proactive in reaching out to our HOA management to figure out the process and getting a city permit for the street tree. They helped us pick the right plants and trees and gave advice on what grows (and doesn't) better in our location - we're new in the state. We did not have a specific design for the project so they had to work with a general idea and a few sketches of what we had in mind. This led to some misinterpreted requirements along the way but everything turned out fine at the end. The irrigation was done by a third-party contractor but Cory and Frank did a fine job with everything else. Some days they got help from a junior person who's still stepping up their game, but most of the job was done by either Frank or Cory. We've had a few issues with some plants and the sod, and there were things that we weren't happy with during execution, but up to this date Cory and Sarah still come over to check on things, make any adjustments, show us hot to take care of the yard, and make sure we're happy with everything. Although we had issues along the way, we're happy with the service provided and the great customer service, and we're happy to have chosen to support a local family business with this project.
