I had my baby shower this weekend, we didn't get what we requested. We wanted pink all around…read moredraping I get it, they said it was windy and wouldn't be able to do the sides, but will still do the back. When they finished they didn't do the back and the lady said it was because it was too windy and that that someone should have already contact my husband to let him know, since he was the one who booked it. Did someone contact my husband? NO, this was on a Wednesday. On Friday my husband texted them to see if they can add the back because that's what actually makes the drapes look nice and it wasn't going to be too windy on Saturday and no reply.. so unless you want to work with someone who ignores your text and wants to accommodate your request of what you already paid for I do not recommend this company.

I should have trusted my instincts from the jump and not hired these people. Much like the last…read morereview on here, they kept pushing back our first consultation because they were having issues with their phone. Then, they were 30 minutes late when we finally managed to reschedule. From that first consultation, it seemed they were frazzled and overworked but I tried to be understanding because I liked the work I saw on Instagram. We agreed on a full package deal which would include centerpieces. Two weeks prior to the event, I still hadn't seen a sample of the centerpieces so I kept pressing on when I could see that. I kept getting excuses about how busy they were, and ultimately had to go in blind the day of. Day of came, and the centerpieces were nowhere near what we agreed upon. I asked for a bright tropical look, and she set up dusty pink roses. After I confronted her about this, she came back to "fix" them. The result was random fake flowers on cheap foam that was falling apart. When I told her that the flowers were falling down onto people's plates, she said there was nothing she could do about it. So at the last minute, a friend of mine went to Trader Joe's and made me centerpieces herself. On top of this, the dance floor they set up became a tripping hazard by the end of the night and the twinkle lights they charged extra for burned out before the night even started. For the $4,000 price tag, I expected better quality and better service. What I got was cheap, unprofessional, and disappointing.
