Without hesitation, he and his team quickly stepped in and moved the entire event to his venue in San Bernardino at no extra cost. They were incredibly speedy, professional, and efficient, and still managed to make everything look absolutely beautiful despite the stressful circumstances. If it weren't for him and his team, the quinceañera would not have happened, and we would have had to cancel and reschedule everything. His pricing is also very reasonable, I compared it to other vendors and the level of service he provides is unmatched. I would 100% recommend Jr and his team! When Lopez Party Rentals contacted me regarding the return, I immediately located the tank and brought it back. I found Party Pro online and saw some nice pictures and decided to book with them based on pictures I saw on their Instagram. Well let's just say there's Instagram and theirs reality. When I arrived to pick up this bar I was mortified. This thing looked as if it had been sitting in someone's backyard. This bar was something that should be decommissioned and never used again. It was rusty, it had spider webs and the draping that came with it was just as bad, faded and just thrown in a dirty box with clips to attach it to the bar. I can't believe I paid $60 to rent this thing, but thankfully I'm resourceful and I made it work. I will say that when I went to their store it was nice as well as the employee that I encountered, I never would've expected the rental to be in such a condition. It did the job but wasn't worth the price.
