Considering how many people react badly to these smells, this is an unfortunate product placement. Usually these are just a small section. For the washroom,  a staff member must unlock a door and let you in. There is a Canada Post in one corner of the store. I bought lottery tickets here. Incompetent pharmacy staff, abysmal customer service. I have advised them of this and provided the updated number *so many times* yet everyone I have spoken to just shrugs and no one will take the initiative or responsibility to update their system to correct or prevent a simple mistake. This happens with EVERY REPEAT. I have been trying to get a refill on my meds for a month now , and when I called today for an update ,the person I spoke to was dismissive, in a hurry to end the calL and impatient when I asked them to confirm the fax number they were sending to . She talked over me , insisting that this was just how their system worked and could not be updated. I called my drs office- this is the ONLY shoppers location where this is an issue. They just dont care enough to fix it.

She matched some to my hair colour and advised me on how to use them. I chose 2 of her recommendations. Later in that same trip I spoke to Joanna who showed me where the teeth bleaching products were. She advised me on how to use them and that a customer who was a dental hygienist told her that the Life Brand one was great. She then helped me cash out and gave me some free samples. These ladies really helped me to get my shopping done faster and made my day with their kindness and knowledgeable guidance. I love shopping here.
