The price for the cleaning was less than what I was quoted, that was a nice surprise. RJ was helpful with giving me quotes for other rugs I will bring in. He was extremely pleasant to work with and an asset to the company. I'm sure I will be pleased with the results because saw the results of a friends rug last week who used this service.

A huge invasion of privacy. How do I know she's not scoping my home out for robbery? Once photos are on someone's phone, there's no telling where they could end up. I passed. In regards to her reply: She did not ask nicely. She insisted she had to do it. And no, I've never had any contractor take photos ( or even ask to ) of work they've done inside my home and we've had several upgrades done in the past few years. I've already hired someone else who knows how to treat customers. I've already contacted yelp also. I never even looked at your photo! I don't care if you're pink with purple polka dots! Go ahead. She really deep cleaned the entire top floor of our house and offered to come back in a few days to finish the rest of the job because she said she didn't want to rush through it and leave us unhappy. She spent two full days cleaning the 'already clean' house and now it is so sparkling clean that we've asked her to come back for monthly cleaning so that it stays this way! Super friendly, incredibly professional and so easy to work with! Highly recommended!!!!
