First of all, unfriendly and downright rude as we walked in (saw us, but ignored us). Never came to ask us if we needed help or to assist in any way. I have no idea what compelled me to buy something there, but unfortunately, I did. So, the 2 ladies finally had to come face to face with me. Still no smile, no warm customer service. She told us the shirt retailed for $82 which was a bold faced lie because it actually retails for $20. She goes to the back pretending to check the price with their "pricer" and comes back telling us the $33 price tag was correct. We unfortunately ended up buying it and falling for the scam. Please don't go here, and if you do double and triple check the prices of your items as i would not be surprised if they do this to other items.please check on your own and do not believe them.

Despite all their brands being available either direct through the store (Free People) or other retail shops (Nordstrom), I've committed to Something Else because it's run by a small business owner. Today, I was let down. I had scheduled a girls day with my mom which included shopping here. My mom had a few returns. Apparently it had been ~35 days since her purchase and the policy is ~21 days. I appreciate policy; however, I'm in the customer service business and fully recognize some instances require an exception. A few things to note: 1. It was very recent since the original purchase. 2. My mom alone spends a TON of money in this store - as do I, and her girlfriends, all of whom she has personally introduced the store to (in other words, she's always sending business to this company). 3. Upon pushback from the associates, we asked the girl to call the owner - Kristin. Kristin shockingly denied the return request (FOR STORE CREDIT) because of the "quick turnover of clothes on the floor". I actually buy into this logic - HOWEVER, WHAT MY MOM WAS RETURNING WAS, IN FACT, STILL ON THE FLOOR. It candidly felt like a bad canned response. I'm shocked they wouldn't make an exception for a (very) frequent customer. The girls behind the desk were also difficult when we were showing some store credit we have (which, incidentally, was given to us as a result of spending so much money there). At this point, we are struggling to find a reason to shop here. Big retailers have better sales, larger selections, and significantly better return policy. We used to shop here for the small business owner, but will not anymore as a result of how we were treated.

I wandered in here one day hoping to find some cute things. It was between seasons so they were a…read morelittle picked over but it was still fun to look around. I met a sales woman who introduced me to the owner. When I said I was new in town both ladies were all over me with great customer service promising to contact me when new things came in etc.. That is until some ladies I assumed to be regulars walked in. I was left in the dressing room totally forgotten. When I came out it was as though I wasn't even there. In the words of Julia Roberts "BIG MISTAKE, BIG". I wrote down the brands of the items I found interesting and walked out unnoticed. So easy to order those items on line (which I did at a lower price)or in other boutiques. I may have become one of their biggest customers, but not now.
