The laundry attendant knowingly locked me in set the Alarm and drove off at 10:00pm while I gathered my belongings and your children screaming from your car GET OUT. What A BAD REP FOR THE BUISNESS. I've been coming here many year's about 5 to be exact never have I experienced this happend here. The Island Heights police arrived to make sure I was ok and had all my belongings. I'm really shocked. The older couple is AWESOME very friendly and always there to help when needed. I've met the owners once they're both nice people I'm really amazed they have someone so CRUDE that has POOR customer service and is very loud and GHETTO when talking to customers or should I say AGGRESSIVE. I honestly don't agree with having your children playing in the carts or rolling on the floor. NOT A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR CHILDREN TO BE UNLESS SUPERVISED. ALL THE PROOF IS IN THE CAMERA also The Attendant was mopping the floor in area where I was folding clothes and had to walk over to get my clothes out the dryer without a care in the world risking a incident of a slip and fall with and NOT ONE wet floor sign risk of a lawsuit. Do NOT use their drop off laundry service!! I've dropped my clothes off to be cleaned here twice first time was about two years ago last time was recently and both times I've had several items disappear! The staff of females of course acted like they hD no idea where , Victoria secret bras and panties, two dresses, 6 shirts and a pair of jeans ran off to! And if you're in there just washing your clothes, the staff is helpless therefore useless. You will also notice they hate their jobs. Oh, and they're always snacking... Which is pretty gross to know the lady who's washing your clothes was just stuffing her face with two snickers bars. Stay AWAY!!!! read more
