The shop is immaculately clean, bright & welcoming, products are of exceptional quality, and the staff is kind, attentive, informative, patient, & professional. Matt was our piercer, assisted by Kaylee, and he was fantastic. He treated our young daughter with care and kindness, asking permission for each step, ensuring she was comfortable, explaining every part of the process, allowing her to ask questions, and putting her very much at ease. But , I am so glad we did. Ed did both mine and hers. He was great at drawing up the picture. It took us like 3 times to get it exactly what we wanted. But , he never acted annoyed or aggravated about redoing the picture. He was so good about making sure he was doing exactly what we wanted. All in all . A very good experience. Really enjoyed it.

I went into Custom Ink & Steel to get my nose pierced and was completely surprised by the atmosphere in this shop, the staff was so welcoming and willing to help. I have now received 2 tattoos from Evan Oslund he does AMAZING work, he is also very friendly and talks to you the whole time, which is a big plus in my opinion. I cant imagine going anywhere else to get tattooed. Thank you guys at Custom Ink & Steel! Prices are very fair also!
