It was fantastic! I chose Chroma because the reviews for Kim on Yelp were exceptional. I knew she was who I wanted to pierce my ears. I waited many years to finally make a decision to get a 2nd piercing and this was the best choice I could have made. Thanks Kim, for having such great customer service and being an expert at what you do!

I live out of state and while in town I needed new jewelry for a piercing Kim did in 2017, along with another I got this year by someone else. Because Chroma has a beautiful selection of jewelry I waited out buying jewelry from any place else near where I live in Cleveland. Yesterday I bought 2 studs and a hop for $189 (not including a tip I also left). Not even 24 hours later the stone fell out of my tragus stud. I called and they said I could come get it repaired but unfortunately it's so tiny I do not have the stone. They came back to say there's nothing they could do but give me a discount for another piece of jewelry. I decided to cut my losses because I had already spent a chunk of change there. I'm very bummed because I love the selection they have but for this to happen and there be nothing they can do is disheartening. I know at the end of the day it's a business but for how kind Kim is I'm shocked there isn't a better solution.

This is the day after the first procedure. The color stayed red till a few days later when it completely disappeared.

I had microblading done on my eyebrows. It was my first time so I didn't know what to expect. The pigment the technician used was a reddish brown that didn't match my normal coloring at all. She noted this as she was finishing my service. How she didn't notice DURING the process and correct it is beyond me. She assured me that once the redness from the procedure went away, the color would change and could get darker, and regardless, when I went for my touch up in six weeks, she said she'd use a darker pigment. I got home and ignored it till the next day. My nephew was getting married that weekend, and I was going to look like a clown. A few days later, though, there was almost no evidence that I had had microblading done at all--it was gone. I complained to the technician and to the owner but both of them said this sometimes happens with tattoos and offered no compensation. Against my better judgment, since I had already paid for it, I went back for the touch up six weeks later. This time, the pigment and shape were both perfect.

My mom and I visited Sheng today! She made us feel so comfortable and she was one of the kindest people i've ever met. She did a wonderful job on our tattoos, I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. Very professional and clean studio, and nice front desk staff. We will be returning! :)

I took both of my daughters to Chroma Tattoo to get their ears pierced together for their birthdays over a year and a half ago. Boy am I glad that I did! They were 10 and 12. I have metal allergies and they run in our family. I didn't want them having to deal with any infection issues during the healing process like their friends or have to go through the piercing process again. I did my research, chose this shop and made an appointment. I was impressed by the amount of paperwork and ID required for kids, not something I'd expect to see at your average mall establishment. My mom, Grammy - a retired nurse, and younger son came along to watch. They had a waiting area with plenty of space and TV that kept my son entertained. My mom was initially freaked out by the whole concept of going to a tattoo parlor. However, once we were there she was really impressed by all of the disinfecting practices giving them her full medical stamp of approval. Kim Johnson was so good with the kids explaining each step to them and taking care with everything she did. The aftercare was simple for the girls to do and they had zero problems through the healing process with their surgical grade titanium studs. However... once they started to try out different pairs of costume jewelry my oldest daughter's ears immediately got infected with every pair!!! Even the sterling silver and the "hypo-allergenic" pairs were a problem. It was months of going back to those trusty titanium studs to heal up and try something new before we finally found she could tolerate stainless steel. I would recommend Chroma Tattoo to anyone looking for a place to pierce their child's ears. And if you are considering whether a tattoo/piercing parlor is the right establishment, there is no doubt and the extra cost is 100% worth it.

I just want to say I had my first tattoo here almost 10 years ago, and until this day they have always been AMAZING! The front desk staff is extremely nice and thorough especially now with all of the COVID protocol. I appreciate the fact that no one else is allowed in the shop unless you have an appointment, and even that, you have to wait in your car until they're ready for you. I recently saw Cam and he's just great. Very honest with what he will do/not do, which I respected! He was super patient, and did a great job. I'm going to see him again for another one in a couple days, and I can't wait to get my next one! I work in the service industry, and I'm all about cleanliness & customer service. Chroma is definitely the place to go!!

I had such a great experience at Chroma. Jason did a great job coming up with the design based on a picture (a quote in Hebrew), and the actual tattooing exceeded my expectations. The studio was clean and inviting, the tv was on and I was able to watch Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt-a great distraction! I was nervous about the pain (I hadn't gotten a tattoo in a few years) and he put me at ease before and during the process. They were also super accommodating when I was running late, which relieved some of my anxiety for sure. I will definitely be coming back for all of my future tattoos!

I would like to start with I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because everybody else was so nice and felt so bad and wanted to help me including the owner even though she wasn't there and it was her day off. With that being said if you go here avoid Louis at all costs as your artist. I made my appointment probably over a month in advance and we had also been emailing and he had no problem with what I wanted. I come in for my appointment and he tells me "I don't like it and I don't think it'll look good on you" Are you serious?! I felt insulted and I was so upset I had to step out! I'm paying for it and also there was no problem with it over email. I ended up going to the front and they didn't even hesitate to give me my deposit back. Everyone else was so nice and I really appreciate it. The owner took time out of her day off to try and help me as best as she could over the phone. The phone was getting passed between me and the artist and we were in separate rooms. He totally lied to the owner trying to cover his ass. I had a witness, my father, to the horrible things he said who has also left a review. After calming down and speaking to the owner I gave him a chance to show me what he thought would look nice and it was a joke. I asked him if that was the final design and he said yes and it looks like a child drew it. At that point I just got up and left. I was really looking forward to getting my first tattoo on my birthday but he ruined it. I've attached a photo of what I wanted (top left) and what he "thought would look good" along with a picture my 12 year old sister drew up of what I wanted in only five minutes. I hope this helps somebody not make a mistake.

I went into Chroma Tattoo about a 2 years after receiving a tattoo from another shop that I wasn't happy with... I went in because it's really close to my house. Ryan was at the desk when I walked in, I showed him my tattoo and told him what I didn't like about it, then set an appointment to have it redone. He was extremely professional. When I came in for my appointment, he had the tattoo drawing completed, and I gave him creative freedom with colors to redo the tat. He was really easy to talk to, dealt with me kicking (involuntarily, of course... since the tattoo is on the side of my foot), and when it was done, my tattoo looked amazing. The shop is clean, the owner was extremely nice as well. Next tattoo-- I'll for sure be back. I also recommend them to people when discussing tattoos. I follow their facebook page as well... they have added a piercer in the last couple of months. So now they do it all!

I've gotten two tattoos this summer from Riley. She's great at brainstorming tattoo ideas to get what you want. Very friendly. She provided a great way to memorialized our loved family pet. I'm so grateful to have found her. She even made his drifting eye I'll attach both tats she did this summer on me. Some of the color on sonic didn't stick. A fine establishment! My family and I recently went here for matching tattoos and I had the pleasure of getting mine done by Riley who was super cool and considerate throughout the whole process. Whatever you do , DO NOT GET A TATTOO FROM RILEY. They/she will deliberately mess it up. She/they will make sure you have a piece of garbage stuck on your body forever that you only wish you could get off. Riley is the worst tattoo "artist" that you could possibly get. Better off going to a different place with actual artists. read more

I got my ears pierced by Kim yesterday and it was a fantastic experience. I went to Kim specifically because of the reviews that I've seen about her and I couldn't recommend her enough! Kim explained everything she was doing as well as what to expect with aftercare information which would be great for individuals receiving their first piercing. When I was leaving she told me to reach out if I needed anything along the way. Chroma Tattoo was very mindful of COVID-19 guidelines. They had you complete your paperwork in your vehicle to limit the number of people in the studio at a time. The studio itself was also very clean and nicely laid out. I'd absolutely go back to see Kim in the future and I'll happily recommend her to friends! Thank you again Kim! read more

Kim does an amazing job with piercings. They are extra COVID-19 safe - have you fill the paperwork out from the car. Waiting room is closed. Only come inside when they are ready for your appointment. Everyone is fully masked, not the loose mask around their chin thing I see even in medical places. We were in there maybe 10 minutes but Kim is through and exact. Great with kids. I can't even give them a 1 star. I'm still in shock and disbelief as to my experience at this establishment today. The way I was treated and the way Ben Moore in particular behaves and speaks to clients is embarrassing, disgusting and continues to tarnish and ruin chroma tattoos image. My family and friends will not be coming back as long as long as Ben Moore works there or ever. What a horrible experience! read more

i'm gunna start by saying i have a LOT of tattoos so i'm pretty well-versed in the world of tattoo shops, in terms of a clients perspective. this shop is super clean, everyone is very friendly, and they keep it professional. all good things!! yesterday i had a professional hand-poke tattoo by ben. out of my many tattoos, i've never had that technique done. i GENUINELY fell asleep, it was so painless and easy it was almost unrealistic, as regular tattoos using the machine are pretty painful. that technique was almost 100% painless, and my tattoo came out exactly how i wanted it. it was a memorial tattoo for a pet, and he took his time designing the tattoo to ensure it would do my beloved pet justice. all in all, 10/10, would recommend read more

This place is really great - it's a very comfortable vibe, they have bowls full of candy everywhere and I like how all of the artists have their own rooms with their work all over the walls/tables. I had a very easy time working with Kadee even though I had her make a million changes before settling on a final design, and I love how it turned out. I went somewhere else for my last tattoo and I definitely prefer this place. read more

The woman at the counter had me check-in outside. Very COVID aware atmosphere. Louis Vo was amazing and very professional. I arrived to my appointment and he had 2 other close designs to chose from. He then showed me 3 different sizes of the design. He also asked if I liked the placement. I was quoted $300 for 2.5 hours and it ended up taking only 1.5 hours and I paid $200. I have 2 other tattoos and this one was virtually painless. I almost fell asleep in the chair! He explained and gave me detailed aftercare instructions on paper. His line work is amazing. I cannot possibly say enough amazing things about this place! If you're in the search for a new tattoo/piercing place, this is the one. My review is a bit late, but I got a tattoo done by Louis Vo back in October, as my first tattoo, and my experience was very pleasant and comfortable. Scheduling a consultation was easy, as well as making an appointment. Immediately upon entering, the place looked very clean and also comfortable (TV & couches in the waiting room). Louis was very nice and the lines on my tattoo were very crisp; he really took his time to make sure it was perfect and I loved it. After the tattoo he thoroughly went through the proper aftercare and the staff up front had the aftercare soap & ointment available for purchase. After this experience, I plan on getting lots more and I will never go anywhere except for Chroma! You guys are the best hands down read more

I came here with my mom & sister who got these two smaller tattoos on a Friday afternoon! Meg was so nice and did the tattoos for them. She was clean and the lines were amazingly crisp. This was a great place to go to get my mom's cartilage pierced! It was clean, organized and well run. When walking in you get a great sensation that this place cares about sanitation and your safety. They also have a fun vibe of art all over the walls and candy bowls to keep you content in the waiting room. Kim was very professional, and caring. She gave my mom the opportunity to dictate when the piercing would happen so she was in control. Within a few weeks following the treatment, the typical scabbing had developed into welts (raised, red bumps). As a result, Melissa suggested that we postpone the 8-week follow-up treatment until things healed. However, after 10 weeks, and with no sign of improvement, I texted Melissa to see if she would kindly prescribe a topical steroid ointment, which was recommended by a dermatologist who had informed me that I was experiencing a reaction that occurs in rare instances when red ink has been laser treated. Much to my surprise, however, Melissa replied that she was "not able to prescribe anything". Since when is a Physician Assistant unable to write a prescription to address a procedural complication for which they are responsible? PAs are one of three types of providers able to write prescriptions, which leaves me wondering why Melissa was unwilling to do so, even after a second request. Based on my experience at Ann Arbor Laser Tattoo Removal Specialists, my advice to anyone wanting to have a tattoo removed would be they should look elsewhere; because if there are any complications resulting from treatment, they'll find themselves having to seek help elsewhere. (UofM, for one, offers tattoo removal services at their Health Cosmetic Department, Taubman Center.)

The laser process can be bit uncomfortable. It gets warm and stings a bit, but they use a cooling hose which helps. The good news is the whole process is about 10 minutes max. In my opinion, the 10 minutes of being uncomfortable is very worth it!

"We need to see if you qualify" really means, "Let's figure out how much we can charge you." There's no qualification for tattoo removal! The only thing that qualifies you is having money. If there's any actual science involved, you're not going to hear about it because they won't give you a consultation until they check if you're financially viable. I called their corporate office to complain and got the same scripted response: "We just need to assess your financial options." All I wanted to know was how much it would cost, which I assumed I'd learn during the consultation. Then, I get a text saying my appointment has been canceled, followed by a message about how they "would've loved to serve me." What a load of nonsense. If this review seems a little hostile, it's because I drove nearly an hour for a bait-and-switch. Avoid this company at all costs. The whole experience screams that they're out to financially exploit you. They might as well just tell you to bring your bank statement to the free consultation. What a total joke!

She was kind, understood my goals, and knew how to address my needs. In addition to hydrafacials, I had multiple treatments from ViPeels to lash lifts. JoAnne was my go to person for lash lifts. In early 2023, there was a lot of change. Jamie and JoAnne left and I was told prior to my appointment that both individuals were no longer with the company. I was transferred to Nicolette who was sweet and just as knowledgeable as Jamie. Prior to Jamie leaving, I had plans to do aerolase for my rosacea. Since Nicolette was trained and capable, I got a quote from her, which included my face, neck, and chest. She recommended that I wait until the Fall without pre or post sun exposure. I finally scheduled my appointment with Nicolette. I was greeted by Kyle who let me know that he would be providing my treatment. I assumed that Nicolette was sick and he was covering for her. After my treatment, I followed up with Kyle since I only received the aerolase treatment on my face. He let me know that Nicolette misquoted me and that face and neck were two treatments. Additionally, I was told that the price of treatments increased as well. The quality of treatment was good, but I was disappointed in the lack of communication prior to my appointment. I wasn't told that Nicolette left. I wasn't told that there was a price increase. I wasn't told that what I agreed upon with Nicolette changed during my treatment with Kyle. Without my inquiries, I would still be in the dark. I received quotes from multiple med spas prior to booking. Each quote was given to me verbally and in writing including my quote from Kyle Farr Aesthetics (written on my brochure and via text). Kyle wasn't the cheapest compared to the other quotes, but since it included neck and chest for the higher price, I went with the relationship I have already established. I'm the type of person that doesn't just get a quote, I put everything in a spreadsheet, evaluate the pros and cons, and then makes a selection based on the data I have. I did this with my selection for aerolase too. Unfortunately, there has been too much turn over and lack of communication for me. As a customer that has been going here for years and received the quote in writing, it's disappointing that the changes occurred without any communication nor will it be honored. Since I paid for a package, I finished out my treatments, but I will not be coming back here. The new location is beautiful and I received quality treatments, but this is not the type of place I want to support if I can't received clear communication through all the change this facility is going through.

Tom and Jamie are two of the nicest coolest people I have ever met!!! I went in on a Monday, Tom looked at what I wanted and said he could do it all on Wednesday (I had a lot of work to be done!! haha). I went in Wednesday and he was prepared with my designs i had given him and once I was there to approve, drew the custom pieces I had asked for. (This included him giving me the choice of about 300 fonts for the small bit of wording i had done.. he wanted to make sure it was exactly right for me). I had him correct a small wrist piece I got a while ago, he did a piece on my ribs, and a piece on my hip. throughout the whole experience I had extremely minimal pain.. And any time it hurt, tom gave me a break! We chatted throughout the entire experience and i was offered snacks and drinks the whole time! At the end, Tom even took some time to stencil on another tat so I could see how i liked it for a few days before going through with that tattoo!! At the end... the pricing for all of it was so reasonable that I insisted on a huge tip just so I didn't feel like I had robbed them!!! they are absolutely incredible people and tom is an amazing artist. I love all of the work that he did including some fine line work, colors, and shades of grey and will be headed back for more!!! Thanks so much for a spa-like tattoo experience!!!! read more

There is no going back...every time I want some work done...I am going to see Cam! The process was new (and long) to me. Meaning, I've never booked a consultation just to talk about what I wanted, but I actually really liked and preferred this because it showed Cam really took pride in his art. It gave him time to brainstorm and put together the BEST design for me. I kind of liked the anticipation waiting for the big day too! When I arrived to my appointment, I fell in love with my design. We tweaked one last thing, but that also reminds me how patient Cam was, working with my indecisive self! He even let me tape the stencil on my arm to see the placement, which in his professional opinion...perfect! Throughout the whole tattoo process, I was comfortable, didn't feel pressure to talk, relaxed, and we even shared adventure stories. He is really down to earth and extremely talented. There was even a time, where I asked him to put my sun glasses on the table and he mentioned he couldn't touch anything...which I REALLY liked because it showed me he takes cleanliness and safety extremely serious!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE my end result. The lines are so perfect, my new tattoo is so clean and we even added white highlights which really made it pop! I'll be back for sure! read more

It took me 3 years and 7-8 text/in person/shop visits to finally found the one shop I feel most at home with..^_^ Great ambience.. Sweet caring souls who takes their time to hear what you really want as body art. Very accomodating, patience, and humble. Top notch sanitation certification- 5stars! Wonderfully diverse artists like FISH who specialized in all types of peircing.. He did 4 for me. ^_^ thankU FISH. The owners Jaime and Tom (also an amazing artist) kindest humblest soul one can meet anywhere. And last btttt never ever least is ADAM Seymour, my néw tatttooo artist for life until he get sick of me. ^_^ The cherry blossom tattoo below my neckline is PERFECTION..everylady who've seen it is inspired to get tattted now.. And every guy whose seen it.. Well u know. LOL But seriously...tattooing is a VERY spiritually healing ARTform for me.. 3 tears and 7-8 artist interview Later.. I came to Chroma Tattoo to see Karlos mainly off of a recommendation from a very dear friend of mine who also gets work done by him. No matter how many questions or concerns I had, everyone I talked to was more than welcoming. No matter how anxious I was, everyone was very understanding. At the consultation I had only a few ideas/concepts of what I wanted but through talking it out with Karlos along with a few suggestions from him, we worked out a main concept and a direction. When I saw the design before getting the tattoo I was absolutely amazed. I loved everything about it, and it was also everything I never knew I wanted. Getting the actual tattoo was a great experience. Both seeing the design and getting the tattoo took all the anxiety away. Karlos is not only an awesome artist, but an awesome person and wonderful to talk to. I had an absolute blast. Before I knew it, time had passed and the tattoo was finished. It looked/looks incredible. I didn't know how to put it into words when I saw it done for the first time. I will most definitely be back as I already am starting to want more. Just had a tattoo done at Chroma and all I can say is...wow! I got tatooed by Carlos and he was amazing. I had a pre existing tattoo that I had gotten done before and was looking to add to it. I had recently lost one of my oldest dogs and wanted this tattoo to be extra special and a tribute to his memory. To be honest, I had no idea what I wanted to add to my tattoo but I knew I wanted it to be special. Carlos was very thorough and had three different design ideas. I told him to go for it and do whatever he felt as far as coloring. After the stencil lay out and approval of the layout, we got started. Didn't hurt badly at all and I was very comfortable (almost fell asleep!). He did awesome and my tattoo tribute to my special boy was so beautiful that I had tears in my eyes looking at it. He did a beautiful job! I recommend Chroma to anyone who is looking for a comfortable stress free experience. The staff is super cool and Carlos is the best! I went to Chroma based on their reviews, and they exceeded my expectations. I got my first tattoo in the middle of my back 20 years ago at a young age. Every since then I have been trying to figure out what / how to add to it but unfortunately, due to the size and placement of the original, I have been unsuccessful. I visited Chroma during a slower time knowing I needed to talk to some creative minds to help me with my vague ideas. The owner spent three hours talking with me which was extremely helpful with making my vague ideas into a reality, and with choosing the style of art in which I wanted my tattoo. With this information the owner was able to point me to the best artist for what I was looking for, Karlos. Karlos is an all around kind and courteous guy who was more than happy to take all the time needed to alter the tattoo design to my specific taste. Not only did he do a great job on touching up my not so small 20yr old tattoo, he also added a new tattoo on each side so my entire upper back is now tattooed. I got two tattoos done by Barb last Friday and I was thoroughly impressed with the entire process. I emailed Barb the week before and she responded the same day. I went in for a consultation with her on Wednesday and on Friday, I was back for my appointment. She had both tattoos drawn out when I walked through the door and they both were the perfect size. I only had one tattoo prior to this, 20+ years ago, so I was a little nervous. The price was very reasonable, $100 for two tattoos and Barb was super cool and talked me through the entire process from what it will feel like (pain level) and how to care for the tattoo after. I want one additional tattoo and I will definitely be back to see Barb for that one! I also want to make mention that everyone in the shop was nice and made me feel welcomed. From scheduling my appointment to coming in for the consultation and actual appointment, everyone that I encountered demonstrated that Chroma Tattoo believes in great customer service. read more

(I was tattooed by Kadee and I have an upcoming appointment to see her again) Chroma Tattoo is so much quieter than the other studios I've visited. There's no Slayer playing while you're trying to focus on keeping still. The rooms are private. I was kinda stressed because I forgot my head phones (hate the noise the machine makes) but it turns out I didn't need them. It's a great place to get your first tattoo. She's very light handed. If you don't know what I mean then we'll.. I've been tattooed by bigger guys. The actual tattoo was almost painless but when they set their hands on you/wipe the ink it feels like their ripping your skin off. The machine she used was so much quieter than others I've been tattooed by. The whole experience was peaceful. Anyway, she's awesome and I can't wait for my next appointment. read more

This week was the first time I had ever visited Chroma Tattoo. I came here to finish a piece done by Karlos that was started at a previous shop. The shop here is extremely clean and set up beautifully! The owner and the receptionist were very friendly and welcoming when I came here. You can tell that they truly care about their clients. The waiting room is very comfy and cozy. They have a TV there that you can watch while you wait for your artist to be ready for you. Their prices are a little more compared to other shops, but you absolutely get what you pay for. It is well worth the money. Karlos is an excellent artist and you can tell he puts everything he has into his pieces that he creates. You're not only getting a tattoo, you're also receiving a work of art! My husband went in today to begin his tattoo with Ryan. I have to say, it was his first tat, but I have a couple from a different shop in the area, and I'm impressed at the cleanliness and overall atmosphere at Chroma. The place I went to seemed like I was sitting on the outside of the "click" of artists and their buddies that were just hanging out all over the place, and at Chroma, we felt like family. It was very warm, welcoming and professional. Jaime and Ryan even helped my husband to find the tattoo he wanted when we went in the first time a couple weeks ago. They gave him their time and expertise to make sure he got what he wanted. I love all the art work also. I am looking forward to when it is my turn to get a tattoo in this shop as I know it will be a much better experience than I had previously. read more

I've been here multiple times. Once for a nose piercing, second for my first tattoo, and finally for the tattoo attached here. It's one of the most welcoming tattoo shops I've ever been in. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They answer every question you may have (no matter how stupid you think it is haha) The shop is also clean and very chill. I've recommended this place to a few of my friends. Cam did the tattoo I have shown below. He's very friendly, made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Cam is also a great artist and takes pride in his work from what I've seen. He created a complete masterpiece for me and I'm proud to have gotten a tattoo done by him. My grandmother passed 5 years ago. The grieving process has taken it's time. I always know I wanted a memorial tattoo...I just wasn't sure what I finally decided. It still took a year to get it done but today was the day. We scheduled a consultation with Meg last month. My sister and I were both highly impressed with her details, scripting and art work. We could not have been more right. We were both very very busy leases with the results of our tattoos. Meg exceeded our expectations. Amazing! I have simply no negative things to say about this shop! The artists are amazing and very talented! The place is clean and very professional and they make you feel welcome and comfortable for first timers! Best place for first timers!! Moved here not long ago from Kansas and have been looking for a good shop to cover up a tattoo from years ago on my leg. After researching a few places I was set on Chroma and set up an appointment with Karlos. It was nice to consult with Karlos before just jumping right into it. I must admit I was extremely picky about it and changed the design more then a few times, in which Karlos was great in assisting in the rendering. This tattoo was by far the easiest, most fun, and most enjoyable out of all my tattoos. The cover up came out absolutely amazing and have already had multiple people asking where I went. Already thinking about the next one. Go see Karlos and you won't be disappointed! read more

5 stars. Literally from the vibe and ambiance of the shop, to how sweet and helpful Jaime was. Then Steve. Omf. I came in with a vague idea of just a double headed snake and he turned it into my current favorite tattoo. I don't have a favorite anything. But this tattoo?? He asked my preference in the tattoo style again I gave him super vague ideas and just that I like dark tattoos. The shading is perfect. The detail; amazing! Line work super clean. He did this piece in a less than two hours and provided wonderful conversation. To top it all off: I was a WALK IN. Steve; thank you again so much. Worked with artist Louis Vo on an elbow to shoulder tattoo, which was also a cover up to an old tattoo. I was totally blown away by the end product! It far exceeded my expectations. I came in with some vague ideas of what I wanted and he was able to translate them into a final piece that was beautifully conceptualized and executed. The shop itself is also modern, clean, and made me feel confident that I was in the right place to put something on my body that would last forever. I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else. Oh my god! Chroma is amazing! Right when you walk in Jaime makes you feel so at ease and welcome. Barb did my tattoo and she is amazing! It was four hours and it flew by, she talked with me and kept my mind off the pain. Not to mention I was picky about my tattoo and she gave me exactly what I wanted. Never will I trust a tattoo artists photos again, I was referred by a friend who likes this places Facebook page and the tattoos were spectacular so I had to come get one for my self because i love ink. My breast cancer ribbon ( a simple tattoo) came out looking like I got it done by a amature. So I asked my self how can it be possible that a business that has great photos online give me a tattoo like this? As Tony the Tiger says..."Their GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!". The whole staff was just the best you could ever find. I can't stop thinking about the spa feel that you get. And the staff, did I mention the staff?? Jason did my tattoo. This was the first tattoo for me. What an experience!!! I am so pleased with my entire experience at Chroma Tattoo, all of the artists are very professional and really nice, the shop itself is very clean, the rooms are private and the waiting room is just awesome!!!
