When I complained about it, I too was met with a very angry owner named Denny. Just a cussing and everything. He came back out and fixed everything, but it was a hassle. I paid $3400 to him for a large and small bathroom to fix them like new and I had to have it all redone 2 yrs later. The drywallers and painters are sub-contractors too, but the painters did a good job the first time, they had sharp lines and did a great job. But when they had to paint the second time, not so much. I think they were in a hurry and just did it to get out. Plus, he used Sherwin Super Paint in my bathrooms, instead of using a semi-gloss to help protect from moisture runs in the paint. After 2 yrs I had to repaint because it looked worse than before they painted. I had the water run stains everywhere in both bathrooms. Even the paint around all 3 tub surrounds was peeling. And the repairs to my ceiling was the exact same issue I had before they came (4 large nail pops in one section), they apparently did not do a very good job when they supposedly ripped it all out and redone that section. Also wish he would had told me Super Paint is one step above contractor grade paint and that I should have used something better. The new painters used Emerald semi-gloss. The painters suggested it and said Super Paint is garbage. I did not know at the time. Needless to say, this was the first and last time I used Fish.

Tom came out to look at it and recommended we add drainage and change it to concrete to solve the issue. Tom and everyone at Silvers was extremely helpful and responsive during the whole project and it turned out perfectly. We are excited to use the expanded (and dry) space for all of the fun kid activities including our brand new basketball goal that Silvers poured the footing for!

I contacted Larry through Yelp, and he was very responsive. He came out a few hours later to give.me.an estimate. The price was fair and he seemed reliable, so I hired him to do the work in 3 or 4 days. Due to weather and scheduling other projects, he actually came out just 2 days later. It was fantastic to drive up to my house and see a brand-new gate. Larry and his assistant were finishing up with the post. They had to remove a patch of concrete, then pour new concrete. The new post is very sturdy. Both of them were polite and friendly. Larry said he prefers cash or cashier's checks for payment. Based on this job, I highly recommend Heartland.

Jack who was our sales/ consultant was awesome as was Teddi who is a manger. Very responsive & great at answering questions. We were able to get a great deal on a metal roof. The crew did a great job. Dedicated, friendly, & very hard working. They didn't rush but worked methodically as they should have. There was supervision when needed but they knew what they were doing. They also made sure to diligently clean up everything after the tear off including another run with the nail magnet the day after tear off to make sure everything was picked up.
